PCmax Computers started it's operations in the Greater Houston Area in 2002. Our original store was located in Katy, TX @ Hwy 6 / Clay Road. In 2006 we decided to move to our business to the Cypress area. PCmax Computers has been serving Houstonians for the last 9 years. We firmly believe in absolute customer service and HONEST PC repair. We understand how hard it is to trust a stranger with your computer along with your sensitive data. We never do any repair work on your PC without your explicit consent. We explain in clear terms about what you will pay and receive. There are NEVER any hidden charges. If unexpected things prop up during repair (hardware issues), we will immediately inform you before taking further action. Our business is 90% word of mouth.
