If you are thinking about bringing your PC to these guys, feel safe because you are in good hands. Derrek was absolutely knowledgeable about the issue and did a diagnostic while I waited. Yes, they do work on Apple products and are willing to listen to the issue and make you feel at ease about thier service. He was upfront and honest with the charges/process.

I had a software issue and it was solved in less than 4hrs. They reloaded the operating system on my 2008 IMAC and did a fresh install. Pricing was reasonable and I check several sources including other local shops. They have been in buisness for a long time and would recommend giving them a shot before going anywhere else. Larry and Derrek were fantastic. To say they went above and beyond reasonable expectations would be a great understatement. They could tell I was a bit "harried" (another understatement), so went out of their way to not only tend to their other customers, but to make an incredible effort to get me up and running after a major computer failure while I waited!

Just as important as their speed and attention was their expertise, which impressed me (and I am used to working with large company IT personnel), but they were also calming (not easy with me), and made me feel like I was not only in good hands, but very important. They fixed the problem, then I had another, so they fixed that, loaded a new computer, moved all my data, programs, setup, etc. quickly, professionally and in a way that made me feel like their most important customer and without any negativity.

This is service that one does not find any more. They have earned a position as my sole IT vendor, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I now see why they have been in continuous business for so long: They are simply marvelous at what they do!

These guys are real pros and super knowledgeable. Luis (I'm pretty sure that was his name) helped me out just based on my novice level explanation of my motherboard problem. He explained to me what they charge for and told me how to get the help I needed at the lowest cost to myself. And when I needed a pin straightened, he helped me out. I highly recommend you bring your PC problems here if you're in Katy or the surrounding area. Good, honest electronic service super hard to find.

My daughter's desktop computer was giving her problems with web pages and games not opening or being extremely slow. I took the computer to bits and bytes for them to look at it. Turns out her gb storage was full. I know nothing about computers obviously or I should have been able to figure that out. They didn't charge me a fee to look at it which I really appreciate. Definitely will use them again in the future if needed

My go-to place for hardware and software support. I've never been disappointed. Yesterday they helped me with a synchronization issue between Outlook, Google, and Apple. We are lucky to have them close by.

My dad just took my computer here, and he said that they were SO kind, helpful, and professional. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough- any questions we had about my computer issue were 100% answered.
