With a business management degree from Oklahoma State University, I realized early that the PC was to become my toolbox for running my business. Having an early interest in Electronics, I pursued the task of building my own PC via an evening Fun-Ed course. The instructor came in with his PC and began taking apart the computer in front of the class. At that time (circa 1987), I realized there was nothing in that box that I should be afraid of.

The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and patient, explaining options of what I can do for my computer. Such great customer service! Mark has saved us so many times, with multiple computers in our family! He is extremely professional, courteous, and with his great sense of humor will make you laugh even when you think all is lost-- yet, he brings back the prodigal computer. Mark is a true professional. Having worked in the industry for decades and years with Microsoft (from which he has some hilarious and insightful stories), he's the best PC technician with whom I've ever had the pleasure of working. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he's a genuinely decent person and fun to talk to. which is exceedingly rare in the IT industry. If you ever have a PC issue, his slogan, "I'm the lifeguard on duty in the technology pool" rings true.

Mark has twice fixed a laptop I thought might be dead forever. Once the hard drive died and he saved the data and upgraded the storage space. He was quick and so much cheaper than I expected. The second time I dropped the laptop and the screen wouldn't work at all. Just a blank screen! With an hour of labor the laptop was working just fine and he had it back to me the next morning. Quick. Affordable. Experienced.
