Looking back over the past 25 years of the computer printing industry, we have seen and participated in a growth similar to that which took the world from the horse and carriage to the automobile. CRS Printek began as Computer Ribbon Specialists in 1979, providing a re-inking service for wide-line data processing ribbons. By 1985, CRS progressed to recycling and manufacturing of dot matrix printer ribbons. In 1987, CRS Printek developed a proprietary process for remanufacturing of the first laser printer toner cartridge manufactured by Canon for Apple and Hewlett-Packard.
In 1994, successful completion of Canon-based HP and IBM laser printer training began our additional core competency of laser printer repair and maintenance. Yearly updating of this training through the IITC enables CRS Printek to stay ahead of the competition with compatible toners for the latest printers and service expertise for HP, Canon and Lexmark printers.

My HP color laser printer stopped, giving an error message about a paper jam. I tried everything, and just couldn't get the printer to work. I called CRS Printek to ask about sending out a technician. Julia answered the phone and suggested that I first try some troubleshooting. She gave me some steps to follow, and sure enough I was able to fix my own printer without spending any money.

Julia is wonderful. I live over an hour away and called the office to see if they could fix my HP LaserJet. Julia answered the phone and we discussed my options with the printer. After several very helpful answers, we decided that it would not be worth the cost to fix, however, Julia did give me some helpful tips to see if that might fix the issues.
After trying her tips, my HP LaserJet is now working. Julia also sent me a quote for toners for my other LaserJet. This company's prices beat amazon and I will now be ordering all of my toner from here. (I have 3 laserprinters) Due to your honesty about my issue, (where you lost money) you have now earned a new customer. Thank you Julia

Was in the parking lot of their building and I thought it best to confirm their exact location before hauling my monster laser printer around. This super nice woman answered the phone and suggested that I change my toner cartridges to OEM first before I wasted my tine and money on something that needed only a simple fix. So nice. Then later she calls back and advised that I could probably buy a brand new laser printer that already comes with new cartridges for the same price of just replacing my cartridges on my ok'd printer. Sure enough, found the perfect replacement. Thanks for such great advise.

I use my HP Laserjet printers very heavily for my fulfillment warehouse. And since I reside outside of TX, I needed an on-site printer maintenance company that could service my printers without me physically being there. Bob the technician was absolutely fantastic; he cleaned up the machines and troubleshooted the pesky paper jam error messages. Not only that, he made sure the printers were Actually printing again; this is what I look for in a service company: reliability and accuracy. Shoutout to Julia for being so meticulous about my service timing. You guys have earned my business!

I had two HP printers in the office that were jamming constantly and it was effecting efficiency throughout the workday. CRS Printek came out and in less than 20 minutes he had us all fixed up and we've had ZERO issues with jamming since he did his magic! She helped troubleshoot a perplexing issue (to me, but not to her) at no charge as it was an issue where one of my clients had a color laser jet printer in his business and his sister had (he didn't recall this at first) changed the paper stock on the printer and now it was printing in slow motion and the paper was extremely hot.
In his behalf, I called Julia and she saved my client (who I also did not charge) a lot of money. I also talked to her at length about her business and history and process so I could recommend her to my many Dallas metroplex customers who I do software and security I/t support for. I decided from what I heard that her business was worth recommending and told the customer if he ever had a more daunting (or actually *ANY*) printer issue (fuser, drum, etc.) to jump on the phone and call CRS Printek. Thank you Julia.

I was having a problem with paper continually jamming in my HP color laser printer. I called to make a repair appointment with CRS. The woman who answered the phone shared a tip with me that I could do myself and it worked perfectly and I didn't have to pay for a service call and repair. I think this level of customer service is amazing in this day and age - most places would have come out to perform this simple task and charged me hundreds of dollars for the service. They offered their expertise free of charge. This is a company I will trust to take care of all of our equipment going forward. Thanks CRS Printek!
