The techs at Expert Reaction really know what they're doing. I've had a hard drive die on my laptop, and they were able to replace it in a timely manner, and decent pricing. They've also retrieved important files off of another computer that was infected by a virus in a timely manner. Great work and great prices for the consumers, an organization.
