My daughter passed down her Apple laptop to me. It needed a new OS to function, but I didn't know that. First place I called gave me multiple scenarios of what might be wrong. & several quotes. I then called A2A. Rudy told me what I needed over the phone. It was ready for pick up the next day. Very professional, no BS. Ty!

They really care about helping their customers. I was in Winston-Salem for the week and day 1 my Mac Air (just out of warranty) crashed. They worked so hard and diligently to help me and I could tell how sympathetic they were to my fear of losing data. I would seriously consider driving the two hours from my own home should I ever need tech help in the future. They were honest, caring, and more than fair. Highly, highly recommend.

Let's just say Apples 2 Apples have saved my Mac computers on multiple occasions (at least 3 different situations in the last 3 years!). The last time was a doozy, and I was completely surprised that they were able to get all of my documents, pictures, music, etc. back and in working order without missing a beat! They have come to the rescue many times for our family and I can't recommend them highly enough.
I had previously called Apple to have them help me on an issue to restore some lost data, and their advice to restore my computer is what got me in the conundrum in the first place. Thankfully Apples 2 Apples was able to recover all of my lost data and I am exponentially grateful to them! Thank you again for your hard work and for coming through in short notice! We are so thankful!

I had a cracked screen on my iPad and I took it to Mike and Rudy to have it replaced and they found a screen to replace it with, after I took it home and started using it, the screen started jumping around and cutting off and the home button was sticking, so I called them and told them what was going on and they said bring it in right away. I ended up having to leave it there for a couple more days for them to try and find a new screen to replace it with, after a couple of days I got a phone call from them saying they didn't know what was going on with my iPad, but the screens weren't working, so they replaced my iPad at no cost to me, and I think that was going over and beyond but I appreciated it very much.
I will be using Mike and Rudy for any of my computer issues, and referring others to them, because they care about their work, their reputation and their customers. Thanks Apple2Apple, "You Are The Best".

I recently took my iPad in for repair of a cracked screen,very nice people I had used them before to where he came out to my house to do something to my desktop some years ago, but he was just as nice and polite then as he is now, anyway they kept my iPad for a couple days to replace the screen, they called me when it was ready and when I took it home and started using it, it started jumping and skipping and the home button started sticking, so I called them and they said bring it right back which I did.
They apologized for the inconvenience and the fact that it wasn't working well and said leave it and they would take care of it, I left it and then in a few days I got a phone call saying they didn't know what was going on with it but they had tried to replace it with several screens and it just wasn't excepting the new screens and now it wasn't even coming on at all, so they said they were really sorry for my inconvenience again and they were going to replace my iPad.
Even though my iPad was several years old, (four or five), they still didn't feel that that was the reason for the new screens not to take, so they replaced my iPad with a more up-to-date Air 2 and I was very appreciative of that, to me they went above and beyond what they had to do but they wanted to have a satisfied customer, and they certainly do with me and I will bring back my iPad and my iPhone if I have any issues with them and I will also refer them to as many people as I can.
I would give them six stars if it were possible, they do a great job and they are sincere about their work and their customers. I think they are the best that money can buy when dealing with Apple products. Apple2Apple, "YOU ROCK"!!!😊

I have used Apple2Apple a couple of times, but this particular time I took in my iPad to replace a screen that was cracked, they replaced the screen and I brought it home, but it started jumping and the home key started sticking, so within a couple hours of bringing it home, I took it back, they apologized for my inconvenience and said sometimes they get bad screens and they would take care of it.

Apples2Apples rescued my computer from a desperate situation. My mac was unable to boot, and I had an extremely important job interview the next day where I needed the speech and presentations I had been working on all weekend. Apple phone support was unable to fix the problem and recommended I go to the Apple Store, which wouldn't open in time for me to get the files. Michael saw us after hours at about 10 p.m. was able to fix it in about 10 minutes.
He went above and beyond for me and did so at a highly affordable price. He also has an ideal temperament for tech support: he knows his stuff but doesn't talk down to you or over your head, which is exceedingly rare. Highly recommended!

Im always a bit skeptical about computer repair places. so when contacting Apples I approached getting my laptop fixed with caution. My experience with Mike and his problem solving techniques, communication/education and sensitivity for my budget strains were all top notch.
