I bought a reconditioned Dell 4310 from these guys. They walked me thru their inventory, answered all of my questions, polite, courteous, didnt pressure me etc. I've been traveling alot and bring the laptop with me and its great. Brought 2 laptops in for repairs. After 4 weeks and 3 failed attempts to replace a simple keyboard on one, we took it to a reputable computer repair shop that is BBB accredited to get the job done. Filed dispute with cc for his charges. Second laptop needed Windows repaired. Returned without programs reinstalled and optical drive not working. I spent hours doing what he was suppose to do.
I was charged $160. Drive still not working. Said he did not do it. Filed dispute with cc for his $160 fee. We agreed to a settlement but he back out a few days later. Since, he has sent numerous insulting, unprofessional & derogatory emails to me regarding the filing of the dispute(s). Copies provided upon request. Beware of this business.

They sell good quality used business class laptops. That means higher end laptops with metal frames, replaceable parts, most can use docking stations, not the cheap plastic junk Walmart sells. I ran into a minor issue with the power supply on the last one I bought there and the owner took care of me immediately, no questions asked. He will be getting more of my money when I need get another one.

I had my laptop fixed at Rocky Mountain Laptops back in February of 2013 and I have to say, this place is excellent! I took my laptop in, dropped it off, received a diagnostic report the next day and received my laptop promptly within a week after I had dropped it off; timeliness is very important to since I'm a college student and I can't afford to not have my laptop for more than a couple of days.
The pricing was great, less than what I had expected, certainly less than having to buy a new laptop! My laptop runs great now, even better than when I first purchased it! I'm extremely happy that I chose to go with Rocky Mountain Laptops.

I was looking for a replacement keyboard for my Dell laptop (after I spilled a beer on it -- oops!) and after calling several shops around town, RML was the only place that had one in stock. I stopped by the shop and the guy working there quickly found a perfect replacement keyboard. Pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and overall: awesome!

The owner is very friendly and gets business by providing great customer service rather than gouging people. The first time we went in, he worked on my wife's laptop for about half an hour, got the problem fixed, and didn't charge us anything. I brought another laptop in for a new harddrive and more ram, and he did a great job for what I thought was a very reasonable price.
