I bought a laptop from them for my family to use. However, it would overheat after running about 3 minutes of intense graphics. I immediately contacted him within 1 day of purchase. He claimed that his house was broken into and they took his money, computers and all of his parts, and is 'now out of business'. He wouldn't refund any money, replace the machine, look at the machine, only tell me to go to a reputable repair service. I was out hundreds of dollars.
