DONT USE THEIR SERVICES. They overcharge and most importantly have very unskilled workers. Simple repair took way too long, they have horrible communication, and I ended up having to bring my device back in because the first repair did not work and had to be charged again for the same repair. Many life lessons are learned through a suffering bank account. Learn from me instead. *Edit*the owners response is a classic tactic for businesses to deny any wrong doings. Spineless America

I tripped on my computer's power cord and damaged the internal Jack. I took it to one place that "fixed" it, but it would only charge when the computer was off. Took it to Tech4U and they fixed it right. Hopefully, I'll be less clumsy going forward, but any future issues, I'll definitely be coming here to get them fixed.

Fixed what Dell couldn't. I've been trying to find a locking cable for my Dell Inspiron 15-7479. No one online had been successful with getting a cable to work. This shop thought out of the box and came up with a modification that allowed a cable to work. So thankful for the effort. A little messy looking but covered up by the locking mechanism.

Honestly I can not give enough praise to this place. Drake went above and beyond on this. I had so many problems when I first came to him you'd thought I was holding a grocery list. Bought this computer around the same area range for $300 and was pretty happy with the results for a student like me. But when the disk drive crash the guy that sold it to me pack up and left. Techs-4u came in and upgraded the drive from a mechanical to digital. Today it hasn't crash at all and has been cleaned by them. Thank you Drake thank you.

I took my laptop into Techs 4 U after I spilled milk all over it and it stopped turning on. Drake was very helpful and knowledgeable, and replaced the motherboard, keyboard, and processor. It took over two weeks to get it fixed because of having to order parts, but I am very happy to have my laptop back in excellent condition. I'm very happy with the service I received.

Techs 4 U is the place to go! The owner, Drake, is just the guy that gets the "job" done. Techs 4 U has met my needs several times. I, also, have purchased laptops from them. One of the times I used him I had gotten a virus on my computer and tried to "fix" it myself. Drake reassured me that he would save my pics and have me a anti-virus protector so that this would not happen again.
He did not even get on to me for messing it up more by me trying to "fix" it. And it was on the cheap side. I called several computer repair stores in my area and Techs 4 U beat the other guys in pricing by a long shot. If you are needing ANY repairs to your computers or laptops PLEASE do not look no further. Techs 4 U is the right one! They will have you up and running in no time flat!!

This place is amazing! I recommend it to anyone who needs computer repair help. The proprietor, who I had the pleasure of being helped by is super patient and understanding and the turn around is super fast. I was super stressed out because my hard drive completely crapped out on me and he was able to replace it and have my computer back to me in a matter of days. A life saver! No kidding!
