Today more than ever the pressure is there to drive cost down and yet several companies have no idea of the money they waste on unnecessary printing expenses. This unmanaged control of office printing, copying, and ordering items such as toner adds up and leads to millions of dollars lost daily, although with a Print Management Service, a minimum 30% could be saved.
Included in the NSC Managed Print Service is the Preventative Maintenance Program which provides all parts, service, and Preventative Maintenance kits at NO Charge. When our team is on site, we will clean the printers as we service them, and replace pick up rollers if needed - all at no additional cost. Most Managed Print Service programs exclude Preventative Maintenance kits and wearable parts. The NSC program includes Preventative Maintenance kits and all parts.
NSC Diversified's mission is to provide customers with high quality products and services that help to reduce the overall cost of printing while providing increased efficiency and productivity.

I had my epson 4550 eco tank serviced there. They replaced the ink waste pads and reset the chip for the head cleaning count. Now when I print there's black streaks all up and down my pages. Good job messing up my printer. They called and offered to fix the problem, I'll update my review in a few days. They came and fixed the issue, very friendly. A little slow on the response, but satisfied overall.

Totally dissatisfied with my experience. I dropped of an Epson 2200 printer with seven new full ink cartridges which I had just purchased at a cost of $105. I asked to have the ink jets cleaned and checked as the yellow and magenta were not printing. I was told there would be a $95 service charge plus any parts that may be needed. I had no problem with the $95 service charge.
What I did and do have a problem with is the technician calling me and telling me that he tried to clean the heads and ran a deep cleaning cycle 10-12 times before determining that the heads needed to be replaced but were no longer available from the manufacturer. Running the cycle that many times completely depleted all eight cartridges. Even Epson web site recommends against running a deep cleaning more than 4-5 times as it becomes counterproductive. Had I known he would deplete the inks, I would not have bothered to have the printer serviced.
When I voiced my displeasure at paying $95 just to have all my inks depleted, I was told that they always use a lot of ink when cleaning a printer. I feel if they're going to charge $95 just to examine the printer they should at least inform the customer that they may get a printer back that no longer has any ink. Two star because woman at the front desk was polite.
