Extremely knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and helpful. Especially in cases like mine where both of my work Mac computers broke at the same time and needed fixing right away. One had incompatible memory cards that were causing issues, and the other had a damaged hard drive they replaced. I was back up and running within days. Thank you so much for everything!

This company is ran by a group of unprofessional and incompetent individuals. My brother, who is not so tech savvy, brought his laptop to have his computer's motherboard repaired. The reviews of this establishment were noticeably good, so he brought in his laptop to be serviced because it seemed like they were able to have a quick turnaround. The individual we spoke to about the repairs claimed to be an engineer.
It was obvious he had no electrical or computer engineering education. (I am an electrical engineer). This individual states that component board repair is nonexistent in the Denver area. However, on their website at the time, they claimed that they provided motherboard repair. (Motherboard repair and replacement are different). After a day in their so-called "lab" they determined that the motherboard has a short. An engineer would look at a board and find the short's origin within 10 minutes.
A company offering board repair would be able to look at a schematic and repair whatever the issue that led to the short (i.e. a capacitor, MOSFET or other form of transistor, or simple burnt trace). This company charged us a $70 diagnostic fee to say that the board has a short, which we knew coming into the diagnostic. The "engineer" told us that the board had a burnt cpu socket. Unlikely, but we will give him the benefit of the doubt, since I have not had a chance to look at the board.
After many phone calls that led to voicemails, we believed that we had been scammed. We visited their "lab" and to no surprise, there was no The Creative Technologies sign anywhere. We asked around to see if anyone knew which suite they were located in. Not a single soul knew. MAJOR RED FLAG. This business is likely ran out of someones house and they claim they have a lab.
When they finally called us back, we asked what their suite number was and they claimed it to be 217. There is no suite 217 in this building. By the way, the "lab" they claim to have is located at 2090 East 104th Ave. They claim the lab is private and they do not allow walk-ins. It would be hard to allow walk-ins to a lab that doesn't exist, so I understand their logic there.
The diagnostic and solution they came to was to replace the motherboard that houses the CPU and soldered on ram. Which would bring the total up to $450 plus the ten minutes of diagnostic and hour of estimated repair up to $590! Insane and absolutely unnecessary considering the issue could be fixed under $400 including labor by providing board repair (not replacement).
They claim that they'll deliver the board back to my house. Not sure when, considering they hung up on me before I could confirm when they will be coming. I wish my brother would have told me ahead of time, I would've saved him $70 and a huge headache with having to deal with these incompetent self-proclaimed engineers. My advice, avoid them like the plague, if you value your time and money.
If you need a quick parts replacement technician, these people will probably be okay. Just don't expect that they'll pick up their phones or give you a meaningful or knowledgeable answer.

Impeccable service. I had a total hard drive failure from a bad graphics driver --- These guys came to the rescue in a BIG way. My computer was returned with data and software exactly how it was previously [nearly unheard of] with upgraded hardware and recommendations. I am at ease with my computer needs knowing I have such incredible people by my side!

A couple weeks ago my PC died, I had no idea why. They came to my house to troubleshoot and fount a faulty power system. They then too it to their lab and I found out the motherboard and burned out. I asked to have them rebuild it with some upgrades and they sought out the parts (not a replacement MB, but a new one, as well as a few other upgrades to move along with it).
I was very satisfied with their service and speed in the repairs and the PC has been running great! If you're like me and not too savvy with PC hardware these guys are a great choice to have repairs. They told me they could try to salvage just my photos/videos/text documents but probably wouldn't get much else. When they returned my PC, they managed to save EVERYTHING, all my software, passwords, everything. Would highly recommend.

The Creative Technologies in Thornton, CO fixed my daughter s computer. I had one company tell me her battery and adapter were bad, but that was not the case. This company diagnosed her computer and found out that it had a bad motherboard and power supply! Thank you all for all of your help! You were wonderful, and I will use you for any future computer issues.
