We offer both remotely and on-site computer virus removal services on laptops, netbooks, servers and desktop computers. If you are outside the Los Angeles area, don't worry most problems can quickly and efficiently be solved remotely. This includes devices running XP/Vista/Windows 7 as well as Macintosh and Linux computers. We offer services to small businesses and residents normally by doing a house call.

IT support guys are world class i was recommended to them by my friend and since i started using them i have been seeing positive results, these guys really know what they are doing, it was kinda a big issue dealing with IT issues but since i got IT support guys i have nothing to worry about fast to identify a problem and solve it.they deserve more than 5 stars. Luy and his team are great. They provide great service and valuable insight all on all areas of IT related projects. IT support guys is an excellent organization. Being extremely busy and needing help on the fly has never been easier. I have been working with them for over a year now and continue to be impressed. If its an employees computer that is having issues to building a new domain controller, these guys are the best. Friendly, competent, honest, and have very competitive pricing. Louie of IT Support Guys is the most honest PC repairer I've dealt with. My computer was badly damaged and needed some new parts to get it running again. I took my laptop to Louie, and he explained to me exactly what needed to be done. In an attempt to cut costs, I called IBM directly to purchase those parts. Turns out, Louie didn't jack up the price at all for them.
The parts price sold to me directly from IBM was exactly the same as purchasing from Louie. He's honest, knowledgeable, dependable and even charges less than any other support locations I've dealt with. I will be be taking all my personal and business computer issues to Louie from now on.

I have used his services twice and both times i got the results i wanted. He has fix my laptop that just wasn't starting anymore for 1/3 of the price of staples or office depot and without wiping out my hard drive! He has also fix the girlfriends virus infested desktop that wasn't starting anymore. One thing i do not like is dropping off my laptop at his drop off point.
Parking sucks, and he is not there to talk to face to face about the problem. On the up side, when i got my laptop back i meet him at an near by location and had a face to face with him. Is there room for improvement when it comes to the dropping off point and how all that works? yes Would i use him again or recommend him? Yes and yes.

Everyone knows how hard it is to find a good mechanic or a good dentist.and now you can add on a good computer tech. When it comes to something you have absolutely no knowledge about, it's hard to find someone you can trust. And that's where Luy enters. Luy, in short, is awesome. From my initial request for a quote to the moment the laptop was back in my hands, Luy was patient, helpful and honest.
He responded to all my emails and phone messages right away, even my semi-neurotic email confirming he has my laptop. Luy walked me through everything he was doing to my computer, even giving me advice on how to better avoid viruses in the future. Even before I got my laptop back, I just KNEW it was going to come back fixed and as good as new. When he turned it on and I saw how fast it was running, I couldn't believe it. Seriously, my laptop is running 5x faster now.
It was so bogged down with viruses, spyware, countless programs. I mean, I had everything you could possibly have on there. Luy cleaned it all up, installed a new antivirus and basically brought my computer back to life. As he told me later, he "treated my laptop like it was his baby." I could go on about how satisfied I was with Luy's services, but I'll just leave it at this - I was SO happy with his work that I felt compelled to tip him 50% of the quote.
There was no doubt in my mind that any other place would have charged me a helluva lot more. But the fact that he was so upfront with everything and honored the quote, I just HAD to pay him more. I hope I don't need a tech again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call.

I had a broken hard drive that I wanted to get information off of so I took it there. They couldn't get the information without charging hundreds of dollars, so I said that's fine and that he could just recycle the drive - which is a nice program they do there. The problem was the communication. I had to call over there several times over the course of two weeks just to get a status update on it.
Then I called THEM about getting the bill for the $45 diagnostic test which I was to pay through Paypal. They said they would send it to my email later that day. Three weeks later (the week before Christmas) I get the bill. That is pretty weak, guys.

One word doesn't sum up Luy and the service he provides. Efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, willing. He went out of his way to pick up and deliver my machine. He was constantly in touch with me, emailing or phoning updates as he worked through the problem it was having. He clearly knows his stuff, and was able to identify and solve my issue in short order, where others had failed. His fees were reasonable, especially given the service. This guy is a gem. I highly recommend if you have any IT needs.

Five stars for these guys. We got Luy in to put some new RAM into a few computers at my work (a very straightforward task) but we asked him to do some trouble shooting/diagnostics to speed up our machines. He identified a load of things we could do including turning off things that were secretly using up RAM and processor capacity. Before he came we wanted to throw our machines in the bin, but now they are working great. We will definitely use the IT Support Guys again.

Luy was great - easy to communicate with, reliable, made house calls, and was very affordable. My computer died on me - I didn't know it at the time, but Luy diagnosed the problem, explained why it would be too expensive to fix, and removed my hard drive to transfer my files to my new computer - and only charged me for parts (the 'dead computer special' I guess).
He also pointed me towards a few web sites that I could use to find a new computer for cheap. All in all, great service and I'll be using Luy whenever something comes up computer-wise.

So.some a-holes hack my poor little mail server and use it to relay spam all over the friggin' planet. My domain gets blacklisted, and I can't even send legitimate email to my own clients. Suffice it to say, I'm pissed (not to mention embarrassed and feeling violated). Now what? I call in IT Support Guys, and they take care of it - quickly, efficiently, and without making me sell a kidney to pay for it.
Pretty soon, I'm back up and running. My red-headed step-child of a server gets the love it can't get from me, and everything is hunky dory. As a bonus, my laptop is tuned up and purring like a kitten. I'm actually pretty tech-savvy, but running a business leaves little time to keep up on everything.and I can't afford to hire a full-time computer geek. With these guys on call, I don't need one.
