My 4-year-old Hp Pavillion laptop has been a terrific machine, but for past few months it has bee slowing down almost to a stop. I had no idea what was wrong, so I finally took over to Micro Computer Center Inc. I didn't want to buy a new computer because I would have to replace all my programs. He told he might have to keep for 2 or 3 days. However, that afternoon he called and said my computer was ready. He had put in a new hard drive. Now it runs like it is brand new! I highly recommend Micro Computer Center Inc.

I built a PC and I had a problem with the CPU overheating. I went to best buy and it would have been $200 for them to diagnose the problem. I took it here and for much less he diagnosed the issue and replaced my broken cooler. Very responsive very much appreciated! I highly recommend coming here for any computer difficulties

Mo, from Micro Computer Center fixed my laptop faster, better, cheaper than anywhere else in LA. I came to MCC with a broken LCD screen on my MacBookPro, and had been given quotes from other companies saying it would take them 3 WEEKS! But Mo from Micro, got the job done in 1 DAY, with only a 20$ overnight fee. Truly great people that do great work here! Would recommend over anywhere else in LA.

I love these guys. They've helped me out of a jam a couple of times. Even though I am an IT guy, hardware is not my jam. They turned around my SQL server (which had a fried motherboard) in a day for what seemed liked a very reasonable price, with no impact to data or software. Great communication about issues and what they are doing.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Micro Computer Center. Moe could not have been more helpful or accommodating. I have a contract for service at Best Buy, but they are not servicing computers on site at my local store and I was told it would take at least 3 weeks to get my computer back for a simple repair. Moe fixed it in 2 days. It's so nice for a change to talk face to face with the person who is doing the repairs. Very reasonable charge for the service as well! Goodbye Best Buy!

I don't give reviews unless I am very happy or very upset. In this case, Micro Computer Center was excellent. I am not a tech kind of guy so if something isn't working as it is suppose to, I am pretty lost. Though I use my laptop everyday, I did not realize how impactful it is in my life. One day out of the blue, my computer would not come on.
I freaked! Everything is there and apparently I dont know how to back up either but that is another story. Anyhow. I have an Alienware laptop. I figured I would go to a Microsoft Store and ask them to fix it. I did not know all the stores are closed due to Covid. So then I decided to go to Best Buy (Geek Squad). I went to 3 different locations. no one answered any phones. waited outside in a long line just to find out no one could see me for a week. OK. Google. find me someone nearby.
I was shocked to see everyone was closing at either 2pm or 4 pm and it was 3:15pm. panic. panic. THEN.Micro Computer Center came up. I called and Noori answered. I explained what was happening and he said come on by. I did and he looked at it and said my hard drive is corrupted. I asked if he has any in stock and he did. Of course it was Friday, but he assured me it would be ready on Monday. Monday came and I called. he was still working on it. Told me he will stay until it is done that day.
I waited, he fixed it and it is working better and faster than it has in a long time. Noori save my bacon! Nice guy, great price and done when he said. Thank you, thank you, thank you! If anything ever happens with any of my computers, I wont think twice where to go.

Excellent, fast customer service and very reasonable pricing. I brought my PC in on a Saturday and they were able to do a diagnostic on the spot. They tested various components to isolate the problem to a dead motherboard. The owner walked through the problem with me and also offered me advice on how to explain my issue in order to get a replacement from the original retailer at no cost.
I brought my PC in the next Monday and they were able to replace and build the PC all within the same day. I will definitely be coming back here in the future if I have any issues.

This dude was awesome! It took about 3 hours for him to fix my computer. I picked it up the next day because I had an appointment when he was done but he was willing to leave the store open for me! He was fast, professional, and most importantly it was so cheap! He didn't have to replace anything so I don't know how much replacing an item costs, but this guy knows everything. Super nice and super patient as well. This is def my new computer repair shop I'll be going to since I just got my first PC (switched from Apple)

Took my Macbook in about 3 weeks ago. After spending $35 to get it inspected, I was told they ordered a cable. For the last 3 weeks, I've been calling for updates, but I keep getting told to call back when "Mo" is in. I finally spoke to Mo, and of course he told me to call back in the AM. So I did. Again, complete confusion and I was told to call back at 3pm when Mo is in. Completely incompetent business owners. Run away.

When I spilled some H2O on my Macbook Pro, I thought it was toast. Sure enough, I couldn't even get it to turn on let alone log on. Apple won't touch a computer with water damage, so I felt hopeless. Then I remembered Micro Computer Center replaced my screen on a previous Macbook I owned for half the price Apple charged. When I brought the computer in, they were honest and said they could not be sure if a repair is possible with water damage.
One week later, I'm glad to report I'm back online with my Mac and even made some instructional videos for my students this last weekend. I can't thank them enough for rescuing my laptop and recommend Micro Computer Center without any reservations.

The guy on the phone wasted 30 minutes trying to make me install their antivirus, when the problem was obviously a pint of beer spilled all over the laptop. Then he proposed to replace the keyboard. I ended up paying 200$! for a new keyboard on an otherwise dead computer, great. Why take the job that you are not trained for?

Very poor customer service. I asked for a MacBook Pro charger and he had two in stock. He then told me they won't work for my model and they're no longer for sale. I work as an IT Manager and have been in IT for 6+ years, this was a great example of how not to run a business. He was very rude and dismissive I suggest going somewhere else for your IT needs.

I brought my MacBook Pro here after I dropped it and shattered the screen. Because I am clumsy and apparently they don't make Otterboxes for 15 inch laptops. The Genius at the Apple store quoted me something like $800 to fix it. Well this genius right here took it to Micro Computer Center (why do they have two Yelp entries anyway?) and they fixed it for less than half the price in under 24 hours. It happened so fast I hardly had to admit to anyone that I was lame enough to drop my MacBook.

I use my computer for everything and the simple thought of being without it for even a day brings my business to a complete stand still. I took my computer to Mo and the team and it was fixed and replaced within hours. The service is not only impeccable but affordable.
