Our law office depends on the computers being up and running at all times. We can't afford to have our billing system or client files compromised or not working--even a day of being down would feel disastrous and could negatively impact our clients and our reputation. The techs at LDD Consulting are so proactive that they call US if the see a potential problem with our system, which they monitor constantly.
And they immediately deal with every urgent problem and resolve it more quickly than we could even expect. They have saved us more than once when we've accidentally deleted something, too. They are worth every penny--more than we pay them actually. (Plus, when we set up our office five years ago, they actually were much more reasonably priced for the entire set up than the other companies that quoted the job!) Basically, we can't afford NOT to have them in our corner. I highly recommend this company to any office that depends on smooth computer operations.
