Mike is excellent. He walked me through my laptop problem over the phone at no charge.

Mike was the only person to call me back out of all the other businesses I found online. He showed up that day and had my stuff fixed in less than 48 hours. I am grateful I found him. Highly recommend. Will continue to use for my business and personal.

Mike is absolutely the BEST! I did a google search for computer repair and saw that Las Vegas PC Repair had great reviews. I initally called a few before Mike, but he was the first one to call me back quickly. He came to my house a few hours later and repaired my PC in less than an hour. Mike is very friendly and efficient, he definitely is great at what he does.

I have had several issues with my computer and they had no solution besides call another company. seems they aren't really a 'computer' repair. I don't actually know what they even repair. The guy I talked to doesn't seem like the 'tech' type. Sounded like he should be on farm

Mike is the best computer guy we have ever had. So many either charge too much and end up making things worse or have no idea what they are doing - but he is honest and knows what he is doing. We are so happy we found him and will never need anyone to do any computer stuff for us again.

So my computer was working just fine with the internet with other apps on my particular type of laptop but I had an issue with the browser. It just stayed neutral and it would not allow me to go to another website so I called Mike the first two to three times he did not answer so I was about to think to myself that I had to go to a computer repair and have to pay a certain amount of money for it to get fixed when I believe in my heart it was just a minor problem and it was not necessary to do so.

But sure enough Mike came to the Rescue by calling me back even though he was not feeling too good from what he was telling me on the phone he still went step by step on how to fix it on my own by phone and guess what?, it was a success!, he fix the problem by guiding me on the phone step-by-step. Now that's what you call Great customer service! I didn't even met the man and wasn't feeling good but still managed to fix my problem with me.

I highly recommend this man to get your computer fix and he will definitely return your call if he doesn't answer the first few times. What a great experience! I hope you feel better Mike!

Responded and came to our home the same day I left a message. Very professional and had our issue sold within 10 minutes. I will use Mike for all our PC repair needs now and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs something done. 5 stars for sure!

Mike was very helpful in fixing our computer. He quickly deduced what the problem could be just from speaking to me over the phone. And he came to my house rather than forcing me to lug a huge desktop PC somewhere. He turned it on to see for himself and hear the beeps and he also explained what he was listening for, I didn't know that the beeps were a way of knowing which systems weren't starting up.

He was correct (ended up being a video card). But first he opened it up hoping it was simply something had disconnected and didn't need replacing, but no it was dead. He was honest that I had a very high end video card from when the computer was built (I knew this because my brother had built it for me about 10 years ago, but unfortunately he had passed away recently so he couldn't fix it for me). Mike helped me get a cheaper used replacement because it was Christmas time and I didn't want to spend a ton of cash but I did want the computer working.

He ended up taking it with him and kept me up to date with texts on what was happening and he updated the operating system. Stand up guy and he was kind to my kids when they were watching him work (my 6 year old son was very interested to see what was inside when the case came off and Mike didn't treat him as though he were in the way, even turned it around so he could look and pointed out where the power wires were and how they turned on this part and such). 10/10 will call Mike's business for any future issues.

Mike was very helpful and completely honest with me. He found out what was wrong with my computer and fixed it all on the same day! It was also nicely priced and he didn't have any hidden fees! I would recommend him to everyone he's the best!

Called Mike to see if he could come fix my desktop. he was there within an hour. I felt like he really knew his business. He was professional and explained everything to me thoroughly, even though I am not computer literate, he helped me understand the problems he felt were going on with my desk top. Because it was not a quick fix, he asked if it was ok for him to take my computer so he could hook it up and get a full diagnoses. after all of the great reviews, I felt very comfortable letting him take my desk top. Mike kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure he got my "ok" before proceeding with any repair needed. Excellent job. my computer is running better than it has in years. and I can't belive how reasonable he was for the time he put in! Highly recommend him.

My sons really nice computer wasn't working, so we chose Mike to come fix it because of the ratings he has. Well, they are true, Mike is kind, he's intelligent, he presents himself well, but most importantly Mike solved the problem in just a few minutes of troubleshooting. He gave us good advice on our home network, and what to buy and how to use such things. I will always have Mike help us from now on. You won't be disappointed with his quality work, and knowledge of technology.

Mike picked up and delivered my repaired PC to my house. His service was wonderful and kept me posted every step of the way. He cleaned up my laptop and saved all my files. He is very knowledgeable and can answer questions in a non-tech way. His rates are really reasonable too.
