OUR LAPTOP WAS SCAMMED, AND AMONG ALL THE MALWARE, WE LOST CONNECTION WITH THOSE ON OUR CONTACT LIST. FROM A CUSTOMER REFERRAL, AND WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, WE ENTERED "THE COMPUTER GUY" ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON. VERY WILLING TO PAY A REASONABLE FEE FOR EXPEDITED SERVICE, TECHNICIAN "MAX" PROFESSIONALLY EXPLAINED HIS METHOD TO REPAIR, AND THE TIME IT MAY TAKE, TO FIX THE DAMAGE. HE WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO ACTUALLY REMAIN ON THE JOB TWO HOURS AFTER HE USUALLY WENT HOME. AND, HE PROVIDED A 'PHONE NUMBER TO CALL HIM ON SATURDAY IN ORDER TO DISCUSS ANY CONCERNS. Brought my girlfriend's laptop, they were able to diagnose and fix it very fast. They showed me what was exactly wrong and told me the actual pricing/labor instead of inflating price. Prices were fair. When I needed to call them they picked up very fast and were super nice and awesome. If I ever have any tech that needs to be repairs I will be a returning costumer!

Amazing! Friendly staff. My Amazon order stated 10pm pick up time but they close way before that so I just called the computer guys who said that usually means by the end of the day. At first I was very reluctant to try them, but as the tech. worked on my T.V. and surround sound system I became aware of how knowledgeable he was. I'm convinced and will not hesitate to use their services in the future! I highly recommend their services as I'm convinced they are highly qualified to solve any problem You are having! Very easy to set up appointment and tech. was even at my residence on time and very courteous. Great to have on Your side.

Would NOT recommend this company. Was NOT, a good experience! We were VERY specific as to what we needed done. They send Alex over, he spent 3 to 4 hrs at our office. This job for a "professional " takes 2 hrs tops. I got back in the office, it WASNT done. We called them again, they sent back "Alex the professional ". He proceeds to "fix" the issue.
We paid him for his 2nd trip. Once I get back to work from being sick, and doing work in the system with my bookkeeper, "Alex the professional " set us up working off 2 different company files! All the work we did that week, had to be redone! She was working on one company file, me in another! It took us a week to find out because she was producing invoices that I couldn't see.
They send the "professional " out for the 3rd time! "This professional " is sent back for the 3rd time. He wasted another 4 hrs of MY TIME. Asking me 3 times to do a test to make sure it was working. If hes a professional. why did I do a test invoice, it didn't work, he said ok, "I'll try something else". This happen 2 more times after that. it FINALLY worked after 3 visits, and 3 tests. Then, THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE US FOR THE 4HRS OF TIME WE AGAIN WASTED BECAUSE IT WASN'T DONE RIGHT THE FIRST 2 TIMES!
We keep telling them that we weren't going to pay the bill. All we were told was that we signed off on it. WHEN I SIGNED, IT DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT CHARGING US AGAIN. TO FIX WHAT THEY DIDN'T DO THE FIRST 2 TIMES. I told them we wouldn't be paying it, all they did was send over the invoice twice with 2 late fees. We paid them once, no wait, TWICE to do a VERY SPECIFIC job, they didn't do what was agreed upon, and instead of trying to help they just throw it in our face that it was signed, and that "Alex the professional " was the the only one in the office that knows this system, "in and out". I'm way bummed because I've used them before at my other office, and for my personal computer. Not again.

These are my go-to guys when I have IT issues. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and really know how to calm a person down when crazy things are happening with their computers and network. I have been in a total panic when I've called and within a short period of time my issue is resolved and my sanity returned. Max is the man! Highly recommend!

These guys were AWESOME! Very empathetic and realistic about my situation after I spilled water on my laptop. I appreciated the honest conversation regarding what could be done, which meant I never felt like anything was trying to be sold that wouldn't be worth it (repairs, file recovery etc). Everyone I talked to was professional, kind, and most of all knew what they were talking about.
I really appreciated the fact that their diagnostic fee was appropriate, unlike some higher cost competitors in the area, and that they were timely and dedicated to doing everything possible to ensure a good result. They even sent a "check-in" e-mail a few weeks after to ensure things were going well. Thank you Computer Guy team- top notch everything!

We found everyone to be friendly and eager to help resolve our computer issues. We especially appreciated their honesty and kind recommendations for computer replacement. They actually went online to find the type of computer we needed. They have professionally and respectfully answered all our many questions. Their 2 week follow up email was impressive.

I had to write this update because The Computer Guy has radically changed. They are at a new location and as far as I can tell all the personnel have been replaced. My computer was likely damaged by a bad network card and my BIOS needed to be reset plus I had damaged partitions that needed to be fixed. The Computer Guy was able to reset the BIOS based on the printed manual page that I brought with me but I noticed that they had a problem coming up with a jumper, finally having to take one from a customer's machine.
They should have had a pile of spare jumpers so this bothered me. After promising they would be able to work on my computer the same day, it took them about 24 hours before they looked at my computer again. They then said that they had no device capable of handling my NVMe M.2 drives and so all they had left to do was to reinstall Windows and destroy all my data.
This is like a plumbing outfit saying they are out of plungers! So first, they had a problem coming up with a jumper and then they failed to have a device capable of reading the new standard for drives. If I was them, I would have run to a computer store and bought such a device before saying something so embarrassing. So I took my computer home and within a couple hours I used two of the *three* devices that I had to read NVMe M.2 drives and then used EaseUS Partition Master to recover one of the partitions of my mirrored drives giving me all my data back. (The devices were the $45 Sabrent USB 3.1 Aluminum Enclosure for M.2 NVMe SSD.) I was unable to boot with this partition but at least I didn't lose any data. Specially, I changed a Dynamic Unallocated Drive to a Basic Unallocated Drive and then I was able to use the Partition Recovery option to recover the nearly 2 TB partition that EaseUS says was "deleted". It is not good that I was able to outperform a team of computer "experts" in restoring my data especially when this is not something I work on except in very rare occasions.

I write to you from my newly restored computer. And this is all thanks to the Computer Guy(s). I've been putting off taking my laptop in for repair for a good long while. I dunno: I knew it would cost a lot, and I could always get my laptop going just enough to make it work. Finally, the dreaded day of death came, but thankfully the Computer Guy was close by.
This is a professional, efficient, and very polite group. I was never smirked at or given attitude because I don't really understand computers all that well--in short, people like me are the bread and butter of IT people everywhere. But they were all helpful and considerate and listened to all my concerns with respect. Best of all, my laptop was ready pretty quickly, and the improvements are clear. The next time my laptop needs help--because our robot overlords require constant maintenance--I'll head in a lot earlier.

Unprofessional, crazy prices, arguably racist. The owners are big time creeps and took a bunch of photos of me, completely unauthorized. One of their technicians even admitted to me that he had no idea what he was doing and was frankly worthless without his magical usb stick. People, you can fix things yourselves I assure you. I had to rescue my grandmother out of this place.

This business is absolutely top of the line! They were experienced, proficient, super friendly, and went over and above the call of duty. The repair on my computer was much more extensive than they had anticipated, but since neither of us knew the extent of it, they only charged me a fraction of the time they actually spent. Additionally, since neither one of us knew if I had brought the computer in with one damaged part, they ordered me a new one free of charge. I would recommend this business to anyone!

I chose this business based on yelp reviews and this is why I love yelp. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and patient with the computer illiterate (me). I brought in 3 lab tops with 3 different needs. Years worth of pictures and videos (priceless) are all in 1 place and now I have functioning computers. They updated me daily and made sure every need was met.
The people that work there are so nice! Price was fair. $400 for everything I needed. I am Christian by faith but think the whole "Christian" thing is used for the wrong purposes sometimes. But these guys truly made me feel like they have legitimate Christian business values helping people and not ripping them off.

I'm pretty much blown away by these guys. I brought in a laptop that had been unresponsive for a little over a year, (I had a new tablet, and had promised myself I'd get it fixed around tax time.) I expected a virus to have been the culprit, but got a call no more than an hour after drop-off that it was instead a faulty hard drive. This would get pricey, I thought. Ended up costing me only $20 more than the original quote, because these guys are awesome and honest, and figured out a way to transfer the info to new hard drive without driving up labor cost.
I also assumed it would take at least a week to get the call to pick up my faster, better computer, but instead, I received a phone call the very next morning! Wyatt even added some adhesive to a part of the screen where it was loose in the cover, AND cleaned it up for me! See? Blown away. This place has all my business from here on out, and I will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen.
