Best place ever for fixing your computer. I was absolutely devastated when I tried to put Windows 10 on my computer. It continually showed an error. I then downloaded a program named Restoro to diagnose and fix corrupted system files, etc. In doing this my computer would not "boot up" anymore. I continually had a black screen. (Restoro did refund my fee) Anyway, I tried everything and it would not boot up. So, I went to Phase 4. Mauro greeted me with professionalism and listened intently about my problem.
This was on a Monday and told me he would contact me in 2-3 days on the outcome of my situation. He contacted me the very next day and indicated he might be able to get my computer back to Windows 8.1 which I had before all this mess. Today is Wednesday and "yeah" my computer is up and running like before this all happened. I can't say enough about his knowledge and efficiently. Also, I wasn't charged outrageously.well worth my trip to Phase 4.

My Dell laptop's fan was making weird sounds and my main SSD had very limited memory. "Moro" (I apologize if I misspelled your name) was very helpful and accommodating in repairing my laptop fan and helping with mirroring my data on to a bigger SSD, despite the scheduling interferences with the recent holidays. He was very quick on getting my PC repaired and upgraded. Prices were very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this place and do business again. Thanks a bunch!

I just got my laptop back after having them diagnose and fix it. I was having issues with not being able to do my work on it, not being able to download things.my laptop was just a mess. This place definitely fixed every problem I had. They explained everything to me, were extremely thorough and efficient and I would consider them any day over geek squad whom by the way weren't able to figure out how to even turn my laptop on.

They used to fix my MacBook back in the day when I used to go to Southwestern I went there for a total of three times when I had it every time they returned it with a satisfactory job completing exactly what needed to be done. Now I need to do some data recovery with some files I prematurely emptied from my trash bin on my new MacBook Pro. Will be going back very soon

I work from home so when my laptop crashed so did my whole world. I did all I could to fix it on my own including trying to do a restore point and reset but nothing helped. Luckily I found phase 4 here on yelp. The reviews seemed great and it's right here in Eastlake. I took my computer in explained that I could not get it boot up. They took my info and said that they would take a look at it and get back to me by the next day.
They called the next morning and said they found the problem which was with windows 10. They restored the program and were able save my files in the process and my computer was ready to be picked up the following day. The price for repair was far cheaper than replacing my laptop. Glad I took it to Phase 4. Great service at a great.

I took my laptop to Phase 4 for a Keyboard replacement and to remove the adware that I desperately tried to get rid off myself to no avail. I was very happy with the price I was quoted and the time frame I was given. The price turned out to be exactly what I was told and the repair time was exactly as I was told as well. Phase 4 did a wonderful job and I will be bringing my desktop/gaming pc in as well as any future problems I have. I highly recommend Phase 4 to anyone, especially a SWCC student like myself as they are directly across from the campus. Thanks Phase 4!

I brought my computer in for repair (blue screen kept showing up) and after a couple of days they diagnosed it as a motherboard gone bad (hate when motherboards go bad.) They applied their time already devoted to the diagnoses to replacing the motherboard and did it within a very reasonable time. Prices were reasonable and the service was professional and friendly.

Inexpensive: priced extremely competitively Quality customer service: Did what they said they would do when they said it would be done. Fast. Expertise: Explained the problem, fixed within budget ($80) and did a tune-up (removing unneeded software, etc.) for a few dollars more. Located just around the corner from where I live and even stay open until 6:00PM, so they are very convenient to use. Honestly, couldn't ask for more. I rate them Five Stars and a Bag of Pretzels.

Phase 4 was great. I took my laptop in there last week to see if they could save it. I got a virus in it over a year and a half ago that wiped EVERYTHING out, couldn't get passed the initial black screen. I delayed getting it repaired because everywhere I called, told me it was either irreparable or it would cost upwards of $300. I found Phase 4, called and spoke with Mauro, Lead repair guy, and he sounded hopeful that he could fix it, but if not, he'd only charge the $49 diagnostic fee.
He called a day later to say that he could repair it and even managed to backup VERY SENTIMENTAL stuff I had on my computer and all at a more that reasonable price. I had my laptop back in a few days and it's still working like brand new.

I've used this company several times for everything from virus removal to replacing the mother board to keep my 10 year old cpu alive. These guys are great. They always call after the diagnostic to explain the problem and pricing before continuing with repair. Highly recommend. Always a fast turn around & reasonably priced. SO MUCH BETTER THAN GEEK SQUAD FROM BEST BUY. AND MUCH CHEAPER! They offer military discount & the cost of diagnostic goes toward repair cost.

A friend suggested Phase 4 when my laptop died (I could see that it was getting power, but it wouldn't do anything). I called Mauro, he told me to bring it in, and within a couple of days, he called back to tell me that the motherboard was fried. Mauro found a new one, installed it, and it's as good as new. He also noticed that a cable for the screen was broken, and he replaced that at no cost. It's like I have a brand new laptop, and for only $200! Next time I have an issue with my computer, I know who I'm calling!

Costumer service suck! Sorry but the truth is the girl at front desk doesn't even know what she's talking about, anyways I do have a dell latitude D420 that I thought they going to check or at lease turn it on, but as I explain to the guy diagnose my lab top without even seen it genius! Pff, on top of all disappointing 200+ $ to replace my screen which is not worth for my old labtop! Save the trip and just call people they know everything everything anyways!

I have done business with them a couple of times, and each time, they have helped me tremendously. Both times I had previous people look at my lab tops I have owned, and they can never figure out the issues. I brought my lab tops to Phase 4 and they were very quick and figured out the issues I had with my computers. They are very reasonable in pricing and they are very good in calling you to give you updates to inform you of what the issues are. I would definitely go to them if I have more issues later on.

I have taken my computers to Phase 4 a few of times. First to wipe a computer clean and install new software, and then a couple of times for virus issues. The service is great, the owner is very friendly (doesn't speak computer lingo to try to intimidate you), explains what needs to be done, and everything is done pretty quickly. I have recommended to all of my family and friends.
