Stedman Computer Solutions The company was founded by Benjamin Logan Stedman in 2004. Tired of working for big faceless computer corporations and fed up with the seemingly uncaring word of tech repair, he wanted to achieve two goals. The first was to provide exceptional computers. These computers would have the best and latest innovations in parts and software, designed for the customers specific needs. All of the pieces and parts would be easily upgradable, saving the client time and money. The second was to combine the care for each client with the troubleshooting skills of a trained and certified computer technician.

Since starting, Stedman Computer Solutions has achieved both goals, helping us become one of the fastest growing computer companies. We have branched out into almost every aspect of computer solutions, including set-up and maintenance of networks, diagnostics, virus removal, installations, re-installations, and so much more! We now have satisfied clients all over Northern California (Sonoma County, Marin County and all over the Bay Area) and also Idaho, Illinois. We also have international clients in Canada, Mexico and France.

Word of mouth is spreading, and we attribute this to our extraordinary products and services, as well as the importance we place on each of our customers needs.

Many computer manufacturers believe that all computers are the same. Therefore they think it is perfectly acceptable to outsource their technical support staff to a third party organization. We have been working with Jesse Faulk at Stedman Computer Solutions.com for just a few weeks now. Finally we have found one of the best techs ever! He quickly responded to to our online request for service. He was professional, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable. He asked all the right questions, listened to what our needs were, and resolved all our concerns in regards to my iPhone, lab top and desk computer. Jesse goes well beyond searching for answers and sharing his time over the phone.

He is now "our to go guy!" If your tired of working with someone who promises to resolve all of your computer needs but in the end not only do you have a bigger mess then when you started but are left with a large payment! Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. The service is great and a fraction of the price of all the competitors in the area. Jesse was able to recover our data in a number of hours and gave us multiple options for recovery. I could not suggest this service more.

I have been working with Ben of Stedman Computer Solutions for the past two years as regular maintenance on our work computer system. He is a sharp shooter, very knowledgeable and professional. We all love him in our office and enjoy days that Ben comes to visit. It is interesting for the guy to be so young and so together, if you want your computer in good hands then he won't steer you wrong. He is honest and will offer a fair price for his services.
