Since I needed to fix my fan and update my worn keyboard before my 3 year warranty expired, Cal Micro was a choice from the list for IBM/Lenovo Thinpad's authorized IT repair. Though I was not able to contact them through the phone, I decided to go with them because they are a part of BBB (better business bureau) and another IT repair gave me a long estimate of 2-3 weeks turn around time. Happily, I received my laptop in a great, upgraded condition in 3 days!

This review is only for their warranty service (which costs $0). Can't say anything about their paid services.
Keyboard went out on my Fujitsu Laptop during the warranty period and I was referred to this company by Fujitsu's warranty service. I contacted them and they ordered a new keyboard. Told me it would arrive in a couple days and I scheduled a time to bring my laptop in a couple days after.
Went today and was in and out in 20 minutes. Overall, I'm very happy with them.
Also, they moved from 712 Charcot to 726 Charcot. Fujitsu gave me the old address but a quick phone call cleared things up.
