Had a problem with my DC jack on my HP DV4 laptop (its put at a right angle and it got damaged easily). ALZ found the right part for cheap, with no overhead, and fixed the issue quickly. I would suggest if you are in the area to use AlZ100%. Don't ever use Geek Squad or any of these guys... ALZ knows more about your PC, doesn't have to follow stupid corporate policies, and he's more affordable.
