Offering house call appointments means you can have your computer serviced in the comfort of your own home without having to unplug the equipment, pack it into your car, and drop it off. The remote access method is an option available in which we'll be able to resolve your issue directly from our office without having to physically be in front of your computer. This often results in cheaper service rates and the equipment never leaves your home; you can watch the service being performed on your system as it happens.

Offering equipment pick up means we will come to your residence or place of business, pick up the equipment that needs servicing, perform the services needed and return it once service is complete. This method will better benefit the client who is on a busy schedule and does not have the option of being present for a house call appointment. This feature will also be the best option for certain services that cannot be performed remotely such as operating system upgrade and hardware peripheral installation.
