I was not greeted when I walked in. Waited around for about 10 minutes for someone and no one ever came. While there I noticed that most products displayed on the shelf are for devices 4+ years old. Judging from other reviews this seems to be a place to avoid, I just wish I would have checked reviews before wasting a trip there.

Couldn't ask for better service. My macbook pro had an encryption failure while installing Yosemite for the first time. It took Network Logic a couple days to fix my laptop due b/c of apple but I was called in the morning and evening from Zac each day that they had my laptop with updates on their progress.

When I went in to Network Logic on Monday ( 10/21/13) afternoon, I was in distress and they were on it immediately. Yes, there is an initial fee, but that is a normal in these situations. In some businesses it is called a bench fee. Without all the long details, I was beyond pleased. My computer could not be saved but my data was. I've been dealing with computers for a long time, so I am a realist as to what is possible with repairs. The staff was very professionsl. Linda Strickland

Don't go here! Extremely overpriced and not worth the money. I had a PC that had already been looked at by another local firm and when they couldn't do anything with it, they waived their $50 fee. Then someone told me to take it to Network Logic for a second opinion. They required $75 up front when I dropped it off and then called me just a short while later and said, "Yep, it's broken -- we can't do anything with it." Of course, they kept my $75. Man, did I feel like a sucker!
So then I bring them a little $125 netbook that I can't get to connect to wi-fi for some reason. I'm thinking maybe they'll give me some consideration since I just gave them $75 for something I already knew. Nope! $75 up front or we won't even talk to you. They seem very "corporate" and not designed for the individual customer who just needs a little help with their (not very expensive) computer.
