Exceptional & fast service! Chase quickly assessed my new laptop issue & discovered Windows11 automatically loaded incorrectly. And, he diagnosed what my 10yr old laptop needed to be as fast as brand new! I had both laptops next day! The staff is courteous and very patient with non-tech savvy customers. Lifesavers is what we should call them. Traveling and forgot my computer charger 6 hours away and Best Buy was too far- was going to miss a very important meeting. New to Bulverde, TX. I called this shop to see if my letter E could be repaired as it is constantly sticking. The guy who answered told me to pop it off, look at it, if nothing broken, put back on and it may work fine.and it did! Yea! He saved me a trip, saved me $$ service call. Made my Monday! I took my Samsung Galaxy S10 phone in asking if it was possible to replace the USB charging port. Mine had been failing to charge about 25% of the time. The nice tech took a look at my phone and said he thought the problem was simply a dirty port. H spent about 10 minutes cleaning and testing the port (said it was REALLY DIRTY) and gave it back NO CHARGE as in no $$). I tried it in my truck on the way home and it worked perfectly! I really appreciate the customer service and recommend you give them a try.

Have used Spyderware Tech in the past and used them again today. I was afraid my desktop PC was in serious trouble and in need of expensive repairs. My 4 year old laptop was running so slow I had stopped using it and almost considered buying another one. I took it in to Spyderware; they told me what was wrong, how much it would cost (which was very reasonable - and a lot cheaper than a new laptop), fixed it in one day and now it is better than new. I needed to get info off an old PC hard drive put onto a Mac. I bought the IDE/Sata hookup on line, and then fumbled. My computer couldn't read the data. I came to Spyderware and Mark and Adam solved the problem in, I swear, 30 seconds. They are a great resource. Since it was a 30 second fix, they didn't charge me. How great! These guys are wizards.

I was in yesterday and dropped off my phone for repair. I was told it would be an hour. I came back 3 hours later and was told that it wasn't fixed- it needed a new cable too. I don't agree with being charged for the cable that I believe was broken while removing the screen but I didn't argue either. I asked why I didn't receive a call that the phone wouldn't be done today and I was told they did, but they didn't leave a message and I didn't show a missed call either.
I was told that the cord would be an extra $10. I called this morning around 10 am to see if my phone was ready and I was advised it was ready. Again, I didn't receive a call. When I pick up my phone, it works great. I'm really happy with it but I was charged $20. for the cord instead of the $10 plus a 4% extra for using a card. I don't appreciate the poor service and hidden charges.

Stopped in at Spyderware to browse while passing by and got to enjoy looking at a BROAD collection of Warhammer 40k figures, MTG, and Pokemon cards. The staff were very nice! After asking what they did, they mentioned electronic repairs and my phone charger stopped working. So I asked what it would run me to get it fixed. Gentleman behind the counter promptly took it to the back and had it fixed within 10 minutes free of charge! Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of going!

Adam & his team really know their stuff when it come to computer enhancements and/or repairs. They've built me two desktop PC's and recently replaced a hard drive on my laptop after "cloning" old system to save all data files. Been using an old Microsoft email app (Live Mail) & Adam suggested and installed Thunderbird on the laptop as Livemail is no longer supported by Microsoft. I highly recommend Adam & Spyderware for any computer repairs or improving current performance!

I took in a laptop that had crashed. They were able to save my data but not the laptop.not their fault of course! My only complaint is that I had to call them for updates about every other day. It took about 3 weeks for them to figure out that they couldn't save the laptop. Just would have appreciated more communication. Will probably use them again in the future if necessary because I prefer to keep it local!

First time using this company. Wow! What an experience. I walked in carrying a computer tower that my son just built, but could not get it to power up. The owner Adam takes a two second look at it and says " I see the problem already". There was a plug that my son had not lined up the pins. Adam fixes it and starts to just check out the other components for accuracy. What a professional Adam and his staff are. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.very reasonable and clear communication regarding costs.

I took a laptop to them in November of 2020 for a battery replacement. The battery was ordered and, when it arrived, it was the wrong one so they ordered a different one. I took it back up when it came in and they tried to install it then told me the battery must be defective because it wasn't charging to they had to order a new one. Dropped it off when that one arrived and they tried to install and, when it still wouldn't charge, they told me my hard drive was bad and they gave me my laptop back except now it would not power up without the cord.
When I told them it was working when I brought it in without the cord, I was told by the tech that must not be accurate. I took the laptop to best buy and a geek let me know that he was sorry he had to charge me $40 to let me know the battery was not connected properly and they reconnected it. I went back to Spyderware to let them know. There was no apology or offer of reimbursement but Jeremy said he would find the battery replacement. Ultimately, in March, the batter arrived and, after another attempt to say it was the hard drive because it wouldn't charge, I explained to the owner what happened before and he took another look and found the connection issues and he apologized and they installed it and it was OK.
They let me know they would not charge for the battery given all the issues. I also then discussed replacing my hard drive which they did quickly and with no issue and I am very pleased with the outcome. So, I rate them a 4 as the positives are that they ultimately did what was right and did a good job. Negatives as part of the review would be the errors in the installation process leaving to question the competency of the entire staff and certainly the way I was left to feel when basically being told I must be incorrect in saying my laptop was working when I dropped it off to them. They stuck with it though and continued until it was done.

These guys were already my go to for repairs. Fast and local. They did a repair on my iPad a little while back and when it developed more issues I took it back. They planned on replacing the glass for free because they had just replaced it. When they got the glass installed and that didn't fix the issue they replaced the iPad at no cost. Wow. That's taking care of your customer

I am so glad that we have this service in Bulverde! In the past, I have had to travel into San Antonio (ugh!) to get electronic repair services and that is now unnecessary. Best of all, though, is that they offer these services at reasonable prices. I took my family's iphone 5s in for a repair estimate. I had previously taken it to Apple, who recommended that I buy a new one.
I wanted a more objective opinion, so that is what I sought from Spyderware.and I got it. I am grateful for their objective and honest opinion. I will be back! I highly recommend their services!

I have taken two separate laptop and computer problems to Spyderware. They resolved both issues and exceeded my expectations. Great and helpful staff, quick and very informative in cost, repair and pickup. If you live in the Spring Branch/Bulverde area you should not take your electronics anywhere else. Stay local.

Adam does a great job replacing the screens on my apple products when my kids find a way to shatter them. They can typically have me equipment repaired and out the door in less than 30 minutes. They also have worked on my computer and I love the fact I don't have to drive into town to get this stuff done.
