We will give you an exact cost before you sign any agreement. No hourly charge, we charge per job. We don't charge the customer based on how experienced (or unexperienced) that geek is at solving / finding the problem. Our technicians are experienced and don't get paid by the hour, this could cause them to have memory loss till the hours pile up. We feel this is a fair method for our clients.
