Laptop Repair Castle Rock

I took my Mac in and got a free diagnostic at Laptop Repair Denver. They looked it over and said I needed a new battery and charging cord. I picked it up without having to pay a dime. I would definitely recommend these guys and will use them in the future if my laptop has other issues. I had already taken it to the Apple store who offered to take it to their repair place for $240 to see what was wrong.

I purchased a DELL XPS from Best Buy and within several months the hard drive crashed. Best Buy refused to fix it unless I paid their Geek Squad big bucks. I took my laptop to Laptop Repair Denver and was able to get the hard drive replaced for a fraction of the price that Geek Squad wanted to charge me. The staff was extremely friendly and the services rendered were very affordable which is why can’t understand why other reviews say the prices are high when in fact they are very reasonable. Our laptops are much better than before due to some excellent suggestions by the technicians! I would refer anyone at any time, in fact I already have! We struggled with laptop problems for years, dealing with one particularly prominent company for repairs that were not only technically poor, but bordering on fraudulent in taking money and not following through. Your company is absolutely outstanding!

Friendly guy, helped me with all my weird questions and got me the smallest screw I have ever seen. At a glance the laptops for sale looked very well priced.

Duke admitted the diagnosis of a bad motherboard was a guess because they tried the other techniques they know how to do. I paid them for diagnostic and wasn't given a clear explanation other than they can't fix it and don't know why.

Duke at Laptop Repair handled my laptop crash and external drive failure (where I had dutifully backed up all my data) quickly and efficiently - and, best of all, competently. We will definitely use his services again.

I was pleased with how quickly Duke was able to set up my new laptop and transfer my info from my old laptop. I felt that he offered ways to simplify and customize my laptop for my usage. I had to go back twice with questions and he was very patient with me.

It is wonderful to have Laptop Repair there when we have problems with our computer. They do great work and usually get our computer fixed in a day or two. On top of that, they answer all of our questions patiently and thoroughly.

I would recommend laptop repair to any of my friends. Duke and Zac were very patient with me. My computer was just pain broke! They fixed it and it works just fine now. I've been going to them since Tim fixed me the first time and also put their repair program on my computer so if I had a problem they could see the problem right from their place. Went in because my laptop wouldn't let me type anything. We thought it was hardware but Zach was able to get in there, work his magic, and fix it in 2 minutes! This is the best place in town!

I've purchased a laptop from them & it's been a fantastic buy. They have also upgraded the RAM in it & were able to do it at a reasonable price. They also had my laptop back to me very quickly, which I really appreciated. A great place. I'll keep going back to them for my needs.

I bought a used (very reasonably priced) computer from Duke at Laptop Repair Castle Rock a few months ago and couldn't be happier. I had him upgrade it to a faster speed because any computer I've ever had has always run slow. I've been waiting to post anything because I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly for a while first. This new (used) computer runs great & very fast. I'm very happy with their service.
