The laptop screen comes with a 3 year part only warranty in case it's a faulty part and suddenly stops working in this 3 year period. The warranty is void if the screen is broken, liquid spill, laptop is dropped, etc. The average screen part price is about 90$ (including shipping & handling plus tax).

These are a great bunch of computer guys! Very knowledgeable and honest. They could have charged me way more than they did. I wouldnt have known what the problem was. They only charged me for what was wrong. Sounds crazy but I've been taken for a ride at several computer repair stores. Super fast service as well. Highly recommended, I will come back.

Just picked up my machine from Ral and my it's running like new again. My computer had been running slow even after I had installed a new SSD in it myself. My computer is part of my brain, and when it goes down I am lost... this is a feeling many will recognize! Well, mine went down... slowed to glacial speed, wouldn't open, ran in loops, and on top of everything else, the new high speed internet was useless on the old computer. We dropped the computer off to Raul, and within a day he brought it back to us, with a new hard drive, and completely cleared of insidious malware and viruses!
Then we decided to upgrade the internet receiver... and he purchased those, along with a new video cord, and installed those. I have essentially a brand new computer for 1/2 the cost of a new one! I am thrilled!
Raul is an amazing computer geek and I will count on him for all my computer needs from now on!!! He gets ten stars in my book!!!!

I'm highly recommending Raul's services. He is super nice and helpful. Straightforward and honest. I'm not a tech savvy person when it comes to laptop problems. I damaged the keyboard while cleaning it with a detergent and too much passion. I needed to buy a new laptop and Raul helped me to reinstall all programs and saved data form the old device. I had an issue with a desktop PC where it was turning off after booting. After wasting two days at a different company, who said the issue might be the SSD and didn't really know anything else, we found Raul and he was amazing. He kept us informed every step of the way and knew almost immediately what the issue was after just speaking to him on the phone.
The price was also extremely fair, I can't go on enough about how great my experience was. I've been to a good amount of computer repair places, and this is the best I've ever been to. I took my older laptop here as it was running very slowly and barely functioning. OCD only had my computer for about a day and was able to fix it for a very reasonable price. It now runs like new. I had a tight deadline to meet to get my Dell laptop fixed and he ordered not just one part, but TWO from different vendors to make sure it got fixed in time. He also gave me the second one, just in case it happens again (DC jack). He also delivered it to me and then followed up via text to make sure everything was working properly! Wow, service extraordinaire! Oh, and did I mention a completely reasonable price?? Don't hesitate...

Raul closed his shop and has his business operations at his home to save money. I have absolute trust in him to get the job done. He just repaired a DC Jack on my laptop, and the best part is he dropped it off at my house I didn't have to drive far to pick it up. Raul's a good guy and he knows what he is doing. This was a great experience! My laptop would not charge due to physical damage. I need my laptop every day because I work remotely and was beside myself when I was going to be without it. I called other shops to see what I could do. I took it in to see Raul after reading his reviews, even though he is not the closest to me. He was able to help me find a solution so that I was able to continue to work while my laptop was being repaired.
He even made sure that I had access to all of my information before leaving, which was very kind that he would consider what I had not! He was able to make the repair in less time than I was expecting, with honest reasonable pricing, and even replaced a few extra screws that had been lost. I would use him for any of my computer needs again in the future!

This shop does a phenomenal job. Raul sets expectations, works diligently, and communicates very well. I was a walk in when I saw his sign and was unsure of the quality of service I would receive initially. However, this was without a doubt the best computer repair experience I've ever had. 1000% satisfied. I took my laptop in to this shop after having dropped it (twice). It is a super nice business class computer that I've had for 5 years and that I didn't have backed up. Raul was initially frighted by the looks of it when I removed the pieces from my bag. Yet he performed magic! Three days later, my system was fully restored and 150 GB drive fully backed up.
In a second feat of magic, he charged me less than 200 bucks. This guy is really honest and straight forward. You can feel really safe taking your digital baby here. Worth every penny.

I'm really happy I took my computer here and not to a big box store. They were more than fair with me on price and did everything they could to clean up my computer. I even took it in 2 weeks later to ask a few questions and they took time to walk me through things and reassure me - no charge. I had such an easy/affordable experience with this company. Raul is a friendly and helpful employer. He explained every detail to me before, during, and after the process of repairing my computer. I don't know much about computers and I didn't really take care of my computer, like I should have. My computer crashed and Raul had it up and running (installing a new fan) by the next week. Raul did an awesome job fixing the charging unit within my laptop. He did the job within a week, which is 1/4 of the time other computer repair shops estimated. The price was very reasonable especially for the limited amount of time it took to get it fixed. He was honest and extremely helpful and very kind.
