In January 2001, JJS became Registered, Licensed and Insured in the State of Arizona.In April 2002, the company joined the Sedona-Oak Creek Chamber of Commerce. We have moved 2,500 miles away from our first appointment with Jeff of JJS Computer in Sedona, AZ...and he has now kept my computers--all devices--running smoothly for the past 16 years...no matter what city/state we are living in!! Jeff has a depth of knowledge that I have not found with others--to this date! Jeff is professional, ethical, high degree of integrity, always responsive--and is very efficient with his time! I had the intention of upgrading my "C" drive with a larger M.2. But after contacting JJS and having Jeff remotely clean my drive of a lot of junk, so much space was freed up the upgrade was unnecessary. I really appreciate the attention given to my small issue and I highly recommend JJS for trustworthy and fast service.

I needed assistance with a more secure wifi connection. Jeremy was prompt, efficient, extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Jeff is always available in a timely matter to fix all our computer issues. Whenever I have problems with companies like Century Link and Xerox, he's always fought for our company. He was able to get us a refund for over $12,000.00 from Century link by proving they hadn't given us the service we had been paying for. I fought for months and got no where. Jeff was able to show proof, and get me my money back. I couldn't express enough how valuable he's been for our company. I can always count on him.

Jeff Swartz has been on service calls to our house twice. The first time was to help us resolve technical issues with our computer/phone/wireless connections. He immediately contacted technical support people in the companies involved and resolved our issues the same day. The second visit was to make recommendations for a new computer w/related hardware that we wanted to buy.
After an hour or so of discussion of our needs, Jeff proposed (and we accepted) specific models/features that we'd need. He is currently ordering this equipment which he will install. Jeff makes it all so seamless and easy, but of course, he totally knows his business! We love working with Jeff because he does what he says he will do and is very personable. He is committed to servicing his customers well. We totally count on Jeff to give us the best and most accurate advice.

Jeff Swartz, Owner of JJS Computer is the friendliest professional and knowledgeable person to work with as far as I am concern in the Sedona area. We have a small business we work out of our home and not too computer savvy. Jeff never made us feel that our problem was not important to him, it was our problem that we needed solved and he has always solved it for us.
He was always on time when he came to the house. One time in early evening he even helped me out over the phone to fix a internet problem of not being connected to our network. I would never call anyone but Jeff at JJS Computer. I guarantee anyone that calls him will feel the same.

Have been working with Jeff longer than I can remember! Probably close to 10 years. He is exceptionally talented, very versatile, and very responsive. Jeff impressed me as being very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He was able to save an old computer that I gave up for the bone yard and he also optimized my new computer. He was also able to analyze my wifi system and made some helpful recommendations for me that will improve speed and performance of our wifi. I would most certainly utilize Jeff's services again should that be necessary in the future.

Jeff has serviced our computers for 3 years, our old one and then our new one that he configured and installed. He does the yearly maintenance on the computer and has always done a great job. I am new to the area and I was not sure where to look so I search the web. I found the reviews from this company to be to my liking.
