I just wanted to give a shout out to Jacob at Skynet. We have been using Skynet for a few years and we started having problems with the internet after they swapped out our old equipment for new equipment. I was getting so frustrated I started looking for a new internet company. They would come out and it would work for a couple days and then it would be crap again. Apperantly, the problem was my dishes signal had to go through a bunch of trees and that's why it would only work sometimes. Jacob came up with a crazy idea of where to put the dish and how to run wire to the house and my internet works better now then it has in years. They way he hung the wire was very professional and looks neat and tidy. Before you give up on Skynet ask for Jacob the technician to come check it out for you!

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness Unreliable service, tower ices up every winter making service unreliable or nonexistent. We have had it with them, called last night and was told problem would be corrected today, not! We are switching to Xfinity, what good is cheap if it doesn't work.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value I have issues ever since moving here one year ago. I have spent hours and hours trying to fix this with the technology department. I would have canceled my service but it's my only option. Don't use it if you have other options.

Tech support is awesome here for working with me, however I have tosay goodbye! I dont want to, but even with the newer repeater\dish. I am getting Pings around 130 to500.called them up and they said too they see that too and that their admin said it has to do with folks using their network.folks inthe neighborhood also have the same issue.well sounds like IMHO they either over sold, or they need to cap some folks out there.for now, until they get this fixed dont recommend their tech stack they offer.as i. Cant remote into work Via VPN, or i get dropped off, meetings, or just pier to pier dameware (not intensive at all).also watching 720p is at a crawl.sorry skynet, loved your service.but i am getting way better luck with Lte, using ladybug.com. If speeds ever get better i will try them again.who knows.if enough people leave, maybe they will get back to promised 10mb speeds they charge you for.

I have had this service for 6 months. My downloads speeds rarely exceed 1 mbps. I have been on hold and left so many messages I've lost count. Awful internet and customer service.

I got a lot more than I could ever have expected! My business, CRDN of Seattle and Western Washington, provides textile and electronic restoration services all over Puget Sound. It's sometimes necessary to enlist support when dealing with specialized problems in outlying areas. The tech support arm of Skynet Broadband is called Xpert PC Plus.

From the moment I called and explained my issue, Jacob was full of information, had a plan ready to execute, and did so. Five hours later the problem was resolved to the customer's satisfaction with minimal cost and no residual issues. I have no doubt that had the problem been more severe, Jacob's cool and practiced approach to evaluating, proposing a solution and completing a project would have been similarly successful.

(Xpert PC computer repair) Took computer in for repair and virus scan/removal. They kept it 2 1/2 weeks to order a part. When we came to pick it up, they forgot to give us the power cord, so we had to go back to pick it up. Then, we plugged the computer in and it didn't work at all, so we had to haul the computer down again so they could look at it. Also, they never did do the virus scan.

Total cost: $198.and no apology for inconvience and incomplete work. We like to keep business local, but the folks at Xpert PC plus need to up their game a bit. Keeping business local is just not worth the hassle sometimes. Never taking a computer here again.

My son is a gamer that needs not good internet but great internet. Finding this solution was a godsend. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I can't tell you how blessed we feel to have found this company.

Chuck runs a tight ship here. My husband worked for them in 2014. Great people and great customer support. Highly recommend them for people needing computer services in the Enumclaw area.

Xpert PC is affiliated with Skynet. The customer service is exceptional until you disagree then customer satisfaction goes out the window. Seems they are most concerned about getting your dollars ($216 in my case) and really could care less about what you think. I was so extremely dissatisfied about how they handled my issue. They where unconcerned that I intend to tell everyone I know about how poorly I was treated.

I guess they really don't care about repeat customers. If they were a restaurant they wouldn't last long. That said I encourage you to seek computer assistance from a company that can also afford customer satisfaction when necessary.

Evan Slack solved helped with & solved some issues that have been a problem for a long time. We were almost ready to change companies. I really didn't want to do that. When I told Evan about the connection problems he didn't give up on us. I have been a customer since this company first began in a little room upstairs at the Lee Hotel and their name was Tx3. Evan has been a caring, concerned advocate and we've got great speed and connection now.

After the Comcast provided cable modem died, I replaced it a Motorola from Skynet in a matter of minutes. We then had a wicked lightning storm which killed the router. Skynet pre-configured a replacement for me while I ran errands in town, & had me up & running in minutes. LOVE 'EM! Dave, Joel, & Chuck are an incredible team - absolutely couldn't keep my biz running without 'em.

Excellent customer service - very attentive and thorough. I had to contact this company to retrieve some information on behalf of a local business. The Skynet rep knew exactly what I was asking and how best to accommodate. They should make their way to the metropolitan area!
