After spending over 20 hours on the phone with our Security Software provider, we still could not recover some back up files. The local store that sold us the computer 6 months ago refused to help. Based on a neighbor’s recommendation we called Jonathan. He arrived as promised, quickly understood the problem and knew where to find the specific information to solve the it. He did so and was out within the hour. We need to support service people like him.
