Best PC Repair was formed by Peter Katanov on 1st of May 1999 when he realised there was a serious lack of fast, reliable computer services operating in Queens, NY. Most established computer companies were spending all their time selling the product instead of also offering the after-sales hardware and software support that is so greatly needed to cope with the ever changing face of technology.

Best PC Repair is an independent business. This enables us to provide our clients with personal, unbiased advice without the red tape of larger companies. From a marketing perspective this has proven to be very successful and has ultimately created overall consumer trust and satisfaction in our services.

Brought in my 2015 MacBook Air which had a backlight display issue. They diagnosed the main issue and gave me a fair quote. Fixed it in just 4 days which was shorter than it took to get a genius appointment. The price was reasonable and exactly as he quoted. This place is great, if you need your PC repaired (hardware or software) look no further. I called another shop in my area and they wanted to charge a fee to just look at my PC (which didn't go towards repair if I did have them fix it). I called Best PC Repair for a second opinion and the guy says "just bring it by and we will check it out for free".

Best decision ever. 30 minutes later I get a call saying its ready for pick up. Amazing customer service and very reasonably priced. This is my go to from now on when I need PC help. Keep up the good work.

Shout out to Best PC Repair, who showed infinite patience and expertise in helping us switch internet and telephone providers. Just want to thank Micha and Allen for resurrecting my 7-year old 21.5 Mac. Thought it was dead because an "authorized Apple repair shop" in the area said so. I was told the motherboard needed to be completely replaced and the cost would outweigh the value of the machine. I was about to throw down $3k for a new Mac, but decided to give these guys a try based off a recommendation.

Low and behold. all my Mac needed was a new SSD (because my was HDD failing to hold the OS) and now it is running better than ever. Thanks again and will be going to them for future issues. because you know they will happen.

So happy I connected with them. They supervised a Spectrum visit and made sure that 1) my entire cable and modem were replaced, and 2) I was not billed by Spectrum fir the work. My internet is reliable now and their fee was more than worth it ti get to this point for peace of mind. We make 100% of our income on online meetings, so big thumbs up!
