This place is beyond amazing! My son is a streamer and we were just about to throw out his gaming computer. This place saved us so much money by rebuilding it. New hard drive ssd and new tower with wire management was completed and its better then ever, just like a brand new PC. Thanks PC Doctors! Glad to know that you are available when needed. Everyone that I've dealt with in store are very professional and knowledgeable. By the way it only took 3 days

Nice and friendly people. But upset that they fixed one problem but cause another. I took ps4 because disc drive wasn't reading disc, they fixed that but broke the cooling fan so now console overheats and cuts off Never have i ever had cooling problem Edit: sooooo the nice and friendly guys i was talking about called me after seeing the review and offered to fix the problem. (How cool is that) I took the ps4 back they fixed the problem overnight, had it back the next day. Thanks you and appreciate it! Would recommend

I took my PS4 to the PC Doctors for a repair that I was told by another business was not repairable. These guys not only fixed it but took the time to show me the repair and explain it. They plugged in my device before I left to show me it was working. These guys are super friendly and their shop has a relaxed atmosphere. After my experience with them, I would not use any other place for my electronic needs.

I normally build my own PC. I bricked my motherboard. I didn't have time to replace the motherboard and everything else. They did a great job installing everything but the business didn't return my original board (bricked) with the WORKING CPU and CPU fan. I wish I didn't assume that the old board was in the new motherboard box. They took my property. I could have sold the CPU and CPU fan/heatsink. Alas my mistake trusting the employees there.

Wish my own doc was as great as these guys. I LOVE THEM! Each and every time I've ever done business with them --- via Back Mountain or Wilkes-Barre locations, or house calls, they have been EXCELLENT. Most recently I needed emergency help with a Pixel 3XL phone. Even though I arrived near closing time, they did not rush me and quickly fixed the problem.
I will add that another local provider (GS) wanted to overcharge me 4 times the amount I paid at PC Doctors. And the service received from PC Doctors was 4 times better! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone in need of technical assistance from some very trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly and caring people.

My laptop's hard drive failed early Sunday morning three weeks ago. By Monday at 5 p.m. I had a new Solid State hard Drive installed. The new drive has no working parts and is much faster. I also had Windows 10 re-installed. All of this for around $250. For me, getting my laptop back up and running was very important and Patrick delivered. There is no other place I would take my laptop.
A few years ago the same issue occurred (hard drive failure) and I used their Taylor store with the same results. Do yourself a favor, switch out your current hard drive to a SSD drive before it fails. Quick, reliable and knowledgeable service. PC Doctors will have you up and running in no time

My husband and I had repair work done on our Mac at PC Doctors in 2018 and they did a great job at a reasonable price. We have recently relocated a few states away and I began experiencing issues with a virus on my computer. After trouble shooting the problem myself, and because I am not sure of a reputable computer "doctor" in my area, I called PC Doctors for advice.
After learning of my location, they helped me over the phone with advice to try to clear the virus on my own. I cannot say enough about this organization. They will go above and beyond for their clients! Highly recommend!

My nephews computer wouldn't boot up windows and also had a password we didn't know. Brought the computer here. Gentleman at the front desk (wish I got his name) was friendly and had it fixed in 10 minutes. When I asked him the price he said Merry Christmas. Very knowledgeable and great customer service I would recommend this place to anyone with computer need. Thanks again PC Doctors!
