This company ran my credit card through their phone ap' at my home once work was finished. Said they could not get a cell signal so I gave them a check instead. Turns out credit card was also charged. Have spoken to them several times and am told each time "check is in the mail".for 18 months! Shall be filing a judgement at the Rockville courthouse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ever is awesome. Just got done with him fixing my problem, on a SATURDAY he came over and had it figured out and solved in less than 30 minutes. He also helped me get rid of a virus I had previously. He is very effective, reasonable and is available quickly which is sort of a big deal for me as I run my business off my laptop. Definitely strong, overall, highly recommend.

Ever just left our office, and I'm really satisfied with the work he did. I have no awesome computer skills to speak off, and needed help getting a new printer installed to our network. Not only did I get same day service, but he was very nice, efficient, professional. When I inquired about service contracts, he offered to write up the different options they have, and to return to go over them the options that would be best for our company. I'm looking forward to working with Smart Techs for my future tech needs.

These guys are very competent and do a good job. They also deliver on time. I had trouble with my laptop monitor which had a broken supporting lever. I took it to another store who said it would cost me more than 500 bucks & I would be better off buying a new laptop. Smart tech repaired it for me for 4 times less than what the other store told me.

The Smart Techs Team replaced my LCD screen for a third of the cost of that I would have paid had I sent my Vaio Laptop to the Sony Factory. The Team was exceptionally responsive to my schedule- scheduling a time that was convenient to meet me at my residence to assess and pick up my computer. The Tech was even nice enough to return the repaired Laptop to my house on Saturday. We will definitely use the Smart Tech Team again- should the need arise.
