I cannot say enough good things about Robert and Computers of Charleston. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. There is no other computer shop I would recommend more. Thanks again Robert!

We were visiting friends in Savannah when my HP computer screen died. We were on our way to Charleston and when I Googled computer help I found Computers of Charleston LLC and called for help. Within hours I had my computer diagnosed, was advised what kind of computer to buy as my computer was non functional. I bought a computer, they retrieved my hard drive, overnight they reinstalled my data, set up my email accounts and we were on our way.

There is no way any other company could have provided this service in the time, in the cost and in the same level of customer service. I don't know how we could have survived our trip without their help.

I am visiting from out of town and my laptop died on me. It was suggested that I should contact Computers of Charleston, which is what I did. I ended up speaking with Josh and he told me that I could bring my laptop there and he would look at it. Well when I got there, and told him that my laptop was the only access I had to the internet because I don't use a smart phone, he immediately started to check out my problem. Needless to say I wouldn't be writing this review if I was not satisfied. He not only checked it out but when I left I had a fully operational laptop. Thank-you again Josh.

I had a major computer problem a few years ago that I that thought couldn't be solved. Sam always spoke highly of this company so I gave it a try. When I brought it, Rob said he could fix it. I was expecting to get a call a week later saying it couldn't be fixed but less than an hour later, I turned my car around to go get my FIXED computer! Recently, my laptop had a glitch that I had tried all week to fix with no success!

I decided to return to COC & found them at their new location. I told Mason what I thought was the problem. He tried to figure it out. He was persistent and determined to help. I was about to tell him to forget it & leave. He decided to try one more thing and the glitch was GONE! I would not have been able to fix this problem on my own! He was amazing and so is the owner, Tina and staff at COC!

Should I have another computer issue ( & I'm sure I will), I will return to COC! Also the desk top that Rob fixed years ago still works even though my desk is out of date! I HIGHLY recommend this company if you need a computer problem solved! Thank you Mason!

I just recently moved to Charleston and didn't have a clue where to take my laptop - and worse, I hadn't used it in a while and couldn't even remember what was wrong with it - only that it hadn't been working properly the last time I was in it. I found Computers of Charleston online, and because of the many great reviews I took a chance. Robert figured it out and turned it around in one day - and he's a pleasure to do business with. I recommend Computers of Charleston without reservation.

After looking at other stores such as Best Buy and Walmart, I wasn't able to find a computer that was exactly what I wanted. I googled for computer stores in Charleston, and that is how I found Computers of Charleston. After talking with them, and receiving a build guide, I was able to get a computer that was exactly what I wanted, and know that I am using it, it is even better than I had hoped for.

They are professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Just tell them what you want, and you will get it in a timely manner and for a great price. When my current computer no longer does what I want it to do (which will hopefully be many many years from now), I will definitely go back to them for my next computer.

Computer wouldn't start for me so i took it to computers of Charleston and it turned out the hard drive had crashed. I was worried because it had been months since i backed up all my work but luckily Brian was able to recover ALL my data that i could have lost. He saved me 3+ months of work. Not only that, they had my computer fixed and ready to go in less than two days. I highly recommend them if you have any computer issues.

I have used computers of Charleston several times. They got me an external Hard Drive for half the price anybody else was selling them for. They took a Chrome Book on Consignment, and are fixing my Tablet dc jack. Next is an upgrade to a SSD drive for my laptop. I recommend this shop to anybody with a PC Computer in Charleston. Christina White financed two laptops to me and they were perfect in all ways. They are still fast 8 months later and they were affordable priced. Now right here before tax time, my daughters laptop screen got cracked. Yes, it was her fault, but Computers of Charleston ordered the screen in advance. When it arrived, they installed it in front of us and even added the cost to our account.

Awesome people to work with, sold me an acer A500 tablet for $90.00. yes used, but these were $600.00 two years ago. Every time I have questions about anything, they are very quick and helpful.
