Matt grew up in McConnells about 13 miles south of Rock Hill. He graduated from York High School in 1993. In 2005 he graduated from York Technical College with an Associates Degree in Computer Engineering. His first job while attending college was working as a bag boy at Winn-Dixie. He worked his way up to Customer Service Manager in the 2 years he was there. After College he went to work for IBM as an electronics technician. He repaired all types of circuit boards. After IBM he went to work for ADE Optical Systems as a Software Technician. He learned programing in C and Visual Basic here. He also worked on several engineering projects and often helped the IT staff with computer repairs.

These folks are AMAZING! We take our business computers here any time we need help with them. Most of the time they'll diagnose the issue while we're there and either fix it on the spot or give you a realistic (and reasonable!) timeframe for the repair. Rarely ever had to wait more than a day or two. VERY knowledgeable people whose goal is to get you in and out with the minimum of downtime.and that's VERY important to our business! Plus the incredibly reasonable prices they charge. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Had these guys build me a high end PC with around a 4k budget and these guys absolutely killed it. They already had some of the games I wanted downloaded on it when I came to pick it up and all I had to do was take it home and plug and play. I ran into a problem setting it up where I wasn't reaching the maximum potential of fps for the machine and I called these guys up and they were able to fix the problem via MyDesk in about 2 mins. Cant recommend these guys enough weather it's from your simplest PC issues to big high end gaming builds!

Very professional and honest diagnostics. I really liked their helpful attitude and the cost of the job done has been so reasonable. These guys are INCREDIBLE! Never seen service at this level before. Had a business computer that wasn't booting and I needed to figure out what was up pretty quickly. I'd never been here before but decided to give them a try. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a cheerful tech (the owner I think). We started the usual "what's it doing" conversation while he powered it up.
Before I knew it he'd diagnosed the problem and was opening up the case and poking around. Within just a few more minutes he was replacing my power supply (which turned out to be the problem) and had me back up and running in about 25 minutes. ALL WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE! I'm a bit of a power user and I've NEVER seen service like this before ANYWHERE! Prices are VERY reasonable as well. From now on Metrolina Computer has all of my business as well as anyone I hear of with a computer problem. This place just ROCKS!

This was my third time dealing with Metrolina Computer. After three visits, I feel qualified to give a truthful review. Each time I have dealt with them, its been the same story. They are always friendly, helpful, courteous, honest, dependable and reasonable on their prices. Our computers are like new again and we didn't have to wait a week or pay an outrageous price. I will not consider taking our computers anywhere else for repairs. I highly recommend Metrolina Computer for you computer needs. Keep up the good work.
