Tri County Technical Services came to my house. They fixed my computer, I had a bunch of spyware and pop ups going crazy on my system. In less than 2 hours my computer was like new, and they answered all my questions.

We had a security issue and began to explore alternatives for video security systems. Tri County Technical Services offered a range of solutions from very low cost to very sophisticated remote multi camera alternatives. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! you bet. From installation through training. We have never had a problem that they could not come up with creative solutions at a price that was in our budget. Need a reference. ? we are happy to provide one.

Tri County Technical Services came out to our home in Delray, on short notice, and removed a Trojan Virus from our 2 year old Dell Computer. They went out of their way to show us some very good ideas to help us maintain our PC. Thank you, Tri County Technical Services.

The customer service we received from Adam was top notch. I walked in with a broken gaming computer and a very sad son, and walked out with a more advanced system and a son who couldn't quit smiling. Adam is the best! He is honest and reliable and goes above and beyond. He fixed the issues and I had a great experience with him. Very reasonably priced and quick turn-around. He is very professional and also made sure that my computer is protected and recommended anti-virus program. It's best to call them about the issue so if they have any suggestions before you visit such as troubleshooting your home wifi.

On my 2nd visit, he did not charge me since the problem was not the laptop, but my wifi connection at home. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family. You will not be treated like just another number to him but he truly cares and treats you like family.

Adam is my hero! I have been trying to add a second account to my gmail for over a year. I was successful at "receiving" emails, but I could not "send" emails; they kept kicking back to me as "undeliverable". I finally went to see Adam at TCTS Computer Repair. He spent 45 minutes working with me in the store. He found a bigger problem with my gmail (I could never try to explain it because I am technology challenged), and he fixed that first.

Then he helped me write a text to the original guy who set up the email, so I could add the second account. Adam told me to call him and let him know if it worked. I had to call him 3 more times and text him 3 more times, but it finally worked! I told him it was a modern-day miracle. BTW.he didn't even charge me for his services. I highly recommend Adam and TCTS for your computer needs/worries/concerns.

But be warned. Adam is a little crazy, and he might seem like he's rushing or not paying attention to you and your issue. I promise he will take good care of you, and you will get a chuckle as a bonus.

Lucas came to my house to set up my computer/printer - he was knowledgeable and so helpful. You can expect the utmost quality in service and experience from TCTS. Adam helped me with my computer issues, explained the problem in a way I could understand and helped me get the problem resolved. I took my 2 year old laptop to TCTS Computer Repair about 2 weeks ago. They assessed my issue after only a few minutes, and provided concise direction on what needed to be done. TCTS installed a brand new hdd and took care of a few other issues affecting my laptop's performance. Their service was excellent, professional and quite timely. Great quality and great pricing! We wanted to leave this review and tell people how amazing this company is. Everything you read about them is true and then some. They are extremely helpful and prices are fair and quality of work is amazing. We have had a website built by them and a few computers repaired as well as a house call. All the work they have done for us has been perfectly done.

We would not use anyone for our computer repairs or websites other then these people at TCTS Computer repair center. Adam is the owner and he tells it like it is very blunt and to the point. They are direct and to the point they want to make you happy and want to fix your computer issues quickly.both computers he had worked on for us were brought in at 1030 am and we had both back by 4pm same day. Again Adam and his staff are amazing and we HIGHLy recommend them for any computer repairs you might need

Lucas underpromises and overdelivers. If the rest of the world were like that the world would be a better place. I was given an upfront and transparent price and in return for that price I received prompt and courteous service. Oh, and yes, the computer runs great now. These people know what they're doing.

I would like to say that on a scale from 1-10. Pleasing me is incredibly difficult. I hover somewhere around the 11-12 on that list. I have horror stories and trust issues when it comes to my computing needs. I recently found myself in a very difficult situation as to where my laptop had suffered a component failure. I had two choices. I could send my laptop in to Apple for repair (with a possible 30 day turn-around) or go out on a limb and give another small repair shop a shot.

I had been referred to them by a friend that had a good experience with them in the past. I called up and spoke to a gentleman that listened to what I had to say. He was very patient and offered me a few options. After a few minutes on the phone, I decided to drive down and take a look around before dropping off my laptop in the hands of a stranger.

When I arrived, I felt welcome. It for once, didn't feel like I was an inconvenience to someone that I was about to do business with. I was told that my laptop would be repaired and ready to pick-up in less than a week. I received a call 3 days later that I was all ready to go! I've had my laptop back for two weeks now, and I cannot say enough about TCTS Computer Repair. They were honest, fast, and professional. I rate this company a full 10+! Five, glowing stars. You will have all of my future business!

My laptop died while using it and I couldn't get it to power back on for more that 1-2 seconds. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad and was told they don't work on laptops that won't even power on. They did however offer to sell me a new one and transfer any data. I called TCTS and spoke to Adam who told me to come over and ask for Lucas. Lucas was very nice and professional and offered to work on my laptop.

When I took out my laptop and power cord, he noticed some loose wires in my power cord. He plugged in my laptop using a universal power cord and it powered right on! He gave me the information to buy the right power cord and didn't charge me. Honesty and integrity at work here and when I have my next problem, this is where I will return!
