Mike: thank you for installing my new router and setting up my wireless network. Great Job! And when my laptop suddenly did not seem to recognize my wireless printer, the suggestions you gave me over the phone worked!! I surprised myself when I was able to “troubleshoot” as you suggested, and it solved the problem! Thank you so much! I took my laptop to mike because my windows 10 was not working properly. mike fixed the problem, also had to reinstall my virus protection, as well as some other issues. mike had my laptop fixed within 24 hrs. this gentleman is very knowledgeable, honest, patient and caring individual.mike even put an icon on my home page to shut down computer every night and reminded me to shut it down.as stated. very caring guy. this is the ONLY PLACE i will take my laptop for repairs. thanks Mike for a job well done.

I was traveling to Dothan to visit relatives and on the flight I realized my laptop was showing a "fatal error" and not booting. I called Mike at DothanPC.com and explained my situation. I was only going to be in Dothan for 2 days and he assured me he would be able to take a look at it. The day before I left for Dothan the laptop fell on the floor so my hopes weren't high. Mike confirmed the hard drive was shot and he replaced it and set up my laptop before I had to leave. I highly recommend DothaPC.com. Mike was super nice, knowledgeable and fast. Great guy! I dropped my laptop recently and went thru it attempting to repair itself with negative results. I was not looking forward to buying a new one. Took to Mike who explained what could happen to the hard drive. He was able to capture my data and replaced hard drive with a solid state faster one. He also installed a newer version of Office, all for what I feel was a very reasonable price. Thank you so much Mike. It works great!

My wife was having issues with her computer. Too many problems to explain. We took it to Mike and before long he had it up and running like a brand new computer. My wife was thrill with the results. I recall the old saying, "When mom happy, everyone is happy". Thank you Mike for the job well done.

My Tablet somehow got locked. I tried everything and couldn't unlock it. Took it in and the next day it was unlocked, updated and ready to go. Excellent customer service . Will definitely be returning for all my computer needs Highly recommend y'all go here

Excellent customer service, even though my computer could not be fixed, the owner led me into the right direction to get the problem solved! He was very professional, kind, and informative! I will most definitely return if needed in the future, and recommend to others!

Don't plan on anyone being there, must be by appointment. No skippy, I am not a liar. I wanted to have my laptop repaired, went by mid morning, then again mid afternoon. No one there both times. Took my business elsewhere. Your response with regard to my listed experience speaks poorly of your disposition.

I went in awhile back to get a computer fixed. The PSU had blown and it wouldn't turn on. I bought a new PSU and asked them to fix it, the guy told me that the motherboard had fried and was damaged beyond repair. Fast forward a month later and one of my friends took one look at it and said that that guy had no idea what he was doing, plugged in a different PSU and it turned on. I would also like to point out the guy that I took this to, decided to unplug all the cables even the fans and leds.

Super professional! Had my business computer back up and better than new in 24 hours after it was locked up from a power surge. Very reasonable fee for all his service. You will not be disappointed!

Great customer service! They did a free diagnostic of my computer and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair it before they charged me anything. The service was quick, friendly and professional. They did a great job on my computer at a very reasonable price. I can not recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed.

Great guy and great business! You get the true measure of a business and a businessman when things don't go perfectly the first time. I had a problem that Mike thought he had fixed because it never manifested itself while he had the computer, so then when I got it home it came back. He immediately went back to work and made it right. Computer works great! He also was more than fair about all his additional labor and parts. He knows his stuff! Great guy and great business!

I had a problem with a slow computer and emails that were not being received or sent correctly or timely. Dothan PC corrected the problems with my computer but I still could not send and receive emails normally. Mike had installed Office 2010 Suite and rechecked the computer and it worked fine in his office. He told me I had a connectivity problem and contact my service provider.

I did they told me no problems where showing up and that it wasn't connectivity I should call the Software company. I did, they walked me through the proper set ups (3 possible) none worked. They wanted to sell me 2016 Office Suite. I said no. I checked with Mike again he said you have a connectivity (Router / Modem) problem check again with service provider.

I did send someone out and the technician saw my Router turned around went back to his truck and brought in a new one and set it up. It worked great after the new router was installed and cleared up all problems. Mike was right all along I got the run around for just over a month before resolution. Mike has never steered me wrong or wanted to do something just for the money. He is honest and worthy of your business. I am a long time happy customer!.

It was a crucial weekend when on Friday night one of our work computer malfunctioned. I googled and found Mike online, text him early Saturday morning before 8:00 AM and his response was within minutes. He offered to meet at his shop within 20 minutes. The PC was dropped off AND within less than an hour it was ready. Mike you are awesome, knowledgeable and don't beat around the bushes.

I strongly recommend this business for any repairs you may need! The screen of my laptop got damaged the day before I had finals! Mike was such an amazing help. He provided quick, efficient, and quality work. My laptop was back to me as good as new in less than 24 hours! He gave me an exact quote and didn't go a penny over. I hope nothing else breaks on me but if it does I sure know who to call!

Thanks for fixing my 3 computers. 2 had not worked in quite some time and we thought they were junk due to how they operated and the antivirus and spyware on these computers did nothing to fix the problems. you had them for only a couple of days and now we are up back up and running. You saved us a ton of money since we don't have to purchase new computers for the kids for Christmas. I will continue to use Dothan PC for my maintenance and repairs.
