I've been a small business owner in Midland for many years. And despite the fact that I have been involved in technology and am fairly familiar with the concepts, I depend on professionals to service my company's computers and peripheral equipment. Recently, I had a problem with malware on one computer.
They accessed my computer remotely, and worked tirelessly until they had completely removed the malware from my system. That's my idea of excellent service. SAMSA and all of the people that work in the office are GREAT! Their lightening fast response is unheard of. I send and email and before I can leave my roomthe phone rings. I had a very expensive laptop and had taken it to two other repair shops that charged a lot of money for parts I did not need. This place took a week to find that I needed none of the expensive parts the other companies had me purchase and repaired it for a very reasonable fee. We have used SAMSA for all of our technical needs from network monitoring and maintenance, hardware setup, installation and repair, to database monitoring and maintenance. They assisted us in a year long search for a behavioral health EHR and really took the lead in setting up demonstrations and helping us think through our needs and analyze cost.
On more than one occasion they have saved the day for us. Their personal attention and responsiveness to our business is excellent. They go out of their way to keep us apprised of issues on the horizon and present options, but it is never a hard sell. In my analysis, for our purposes, their prices are competitive. I would highly recommend them to any other business out there.

I have been very pleased with SAMSA and their staff. They are all very courteous and remember me when I call. I often work after hours and late at night by remotely connecting (1500 miles) to the office server from my motor home. When I have a problem during the day or after hours I call or email SAMSA and within a reasonable time they have contacted me and resolved my issue. Many times Mike, the owner is the one to assist me after hours. Thank you SAMSA for being there when I need you.
