I just had a great experience with SolveMyPC. I talked to Chris on the phone, and walked him thru my problem, he diagnosed it right away, and knew what he had to do. When he arrived at my house, he was professional and courteous and he got the job done . . . no weird upsells, no weird service plans, just fixing my PC and letting me get back to work. If you need some computer support in Chicago or in the north shore, they are great.

What a lifesaver! I'd been having a couple of nagging PC issues. I know just enough about the inner workings of my laptop to be dangerous but couldn't Google my way out of these particular troubles. I contacted Chris at SolveMyPC and, I am not exaggerating, he had both issues resolved in under ten minutes ... remotely accessing my machine.
