Bayou Technologies was founded in 2007 by Victor Wukovits. He has a background in computers and technology that reaches back to the the infancy of personal computing. Self-taught through hard work and experience, his knowledge of technology was developed through a combination of necessity and the yearning for understanding.While learning through an amalgamation of schooling and self-education, his experience reaches far and wide into a variety of technological fields. His background in graphics design, computer based training, internet development, video production, litigation support, and computer forensics has been supplemented with certifications from Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) as a Small Business Specialist and from the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners as a Certified Computer Examiner (CCE).
While a number of businesses, small and large, offer many of the same services that we offer, the difference is in the service. Bayou Technologies was established to bring knowledgeable, friendly computer help to those most is need. Victor Wukovits of Bayou Technologies is absolutely the best computer “guru” anywhere around!!! He is extremely dependable, always calls back a.s.a.p. if he can not answer the phone himself, and is never late for an appointment. Once he puts his hands on your computer, he solves all your problems quickly and efficiently. He has patience while teaching new things; extremely important to those of us technically challenged. On top of all that, he is a very nice guy. I am so glad my friend recommended him to me.

I rely on my computer heavily every day for my business. The problem has always been my lack of knowledge regarding setup of a new system and troubleshooting my existing one. In years past, I have lost precious hours trying to "fix it myself", mainly because I didn't know anybody in the business and was fearful of getting gouged. I highly recommend this place over any of the big-box stores. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my computer in and they were able to diagnose the issue almost immediately. You can tell the people who work here are truly passionate about their jobs and working with you to find the best solution. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who is having tech problems.

With all the Apple OS upgrades, my large, and very expensive Mac, could not run programs that require later versions of Apple's operating system. Bayou technologies' staff tweaked my Mac and installed extra memory, thereby enabling me to run programs requiring later versions of Apple's operating system. As a result, I did not have to spend a whopping $2,300 for a new Mac and can now run the programs I need. If you are in a similar predicament, call the folks at Bayou Technologies first before you waste your hard-earned money. Thank you Bayou Technologies!
