The amount of time required to complete virus or spyware removal and compute cleanup vary from computer to computer. Because of this, we charge an hourly rate for this service. An estimate will be provided by your technician after assessment of your PCs condition, with a not-to-exceed amount. If the technician feels the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable amount of time, he/she may recommend a system reinstall be performed.
Wireless Router Setup
Report
A technician will set up and configure a secure wireless router on the customers internet connection and up to 5 computers. Customer must provide an internet connection and necessary hardware. If the customer does not have the necessary hardware, we will provide the necessary equipment at current market cost.
