Fantastic, friendly service. My laptop was repaired under their price quote because they identified the real problem. It is now working like new. Very happy to have a computer shop locally that I can trade with. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Damien is awesome here. I have a Xbox 360 no one else could fix he was able to fix it. He fixed it very fast If you need anything fixed I suggest you take it to him

I was aware that I had an older computer and they don't last forever, so before leaving them with my PC I asked them to double check if my PC was compatible with a SSD. They guaranteed me that it would work so I allowed them to clone my hard drive onto their SSD which never worked properly. After returning my PC the same day and explaining the situation to their supposed Tech he apologized after doing a bit more researching.

He admitted that the SSD they had sold me was not compatible with my PC and they would refund my money. Once the owner found out about this he was furious and demanded that I take my goods and leave, that his employees had spent way too much time working on my computer regardless of the results. Then the owner had the audacity to say that it was my fault, he couldn't take the SSD back it had been too long.

I kindly reminded him that my PC had been there the entire time how could I return it if it was already in his shop? This did not sway him one bit. Stay away at all costs unprofessional and rude!

I brought my laptop in to be fixed and I was so shocked that Ethan fixed it in less than 15 minutes! That was incredible! Ethan was very helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their computer to be fixed!

I brought my HP Envy 360 in because it wouldn't charge. They found the issue and fixed it within 24 hours. Thank you for your quick service. Ethan was helpful and answered my questions too. Thank you.

Galaxy was able to do a software update that I had previously been told was impossible and I had no other choice but to buy a new laptop. The work was completed and I have had no issues. I Highly recommended this business!

Was in the market for a new laptop and went in looking to see what they had available. I had questions about different brand quality, specs, etc. and I was hoping I could get some clarification about what would suit me best for what I needed. Sean was very helpful and informative and pointed me in the right direction! He had loads of information and had several options for me to proceed forward! I was impressed and grateful for the excellent customer service and genuine honesty and kindness offered!

Brought my computer in for an optimization 12/17. I called beforehand and asked for the price of just the optimization and was told that it would be $60 and additional repairs would cost more but it'd be my choice if I wanted to go ahead with them. I saw on a whiteboard in their store that optimizations were listed at $60. The printed invoice I was given said that the service would be $50.

That was a little concerning, it seemed that they weren't clear on a set price but I went ahead with the service. got my computer back and sure enough, they tried to charge me $90. I explained that I was originally told it would be $60 and pointed out the price listed on the whiteboard. They saw that and only charged me $60, and one of the employees immediately wiped off the price on the whiteboard.

It seems they're a little shady on how they charge people. It's a shame because as far as I can tell they did a good job with my computer. But because of the issue I just want to warn people about this business.

I took my laptop to Galaxy for an overheating issue. They communicated well, fixed the issue, and even offered me a loaner laptop while they were waiting for my part. Great people, Great communication, Great price! I'm a customer for life!

Galaxy Computer does quick work for fair prices! They did not take weeks to fix my computer, plus a few days after I brought it home they called me to make sure I was happy and my computer was happy!

My Mac was not turning on or charging so I stopped in and Leslie helped me out. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She ordered me a new charger and let me borrow theirs until mine came in. I will definitely come back and recommend anybody with computer troubles or needs to give Galaxy Computers a try.

I have used Galaxy Computer 2 times in the last year or so. The last time was just a few weeks ago. The 1st time I explained my problem and was given options to take care of the repairs. Once I made my decision they gave me a price quote and the time it should take. To my surprise they completed the job early at the quoted price. The 2nd time was around the 1st week in February.

I went in as a walk in without an appointment and explained my problem and the short amount of time I had to get it taken care of. The owner was there when he wasn't scheduled to be, overheard what I was telling his staff, and he (the owner) stepped up making the repairs himself on the spot. He definitely got me out of a bind. I could not ask for better service or pricing. So I will always recommend Galaxy Computers.

Well, the gentleman working there was very nice. However, I took my computer in because I wanted to wipe it so I could sell it. He told me once I got it back I would have windows 10 and still include word, power point, and excel. When I got the computer back I made the mistake of not turning it on to check if everything was working right. The computer had in fact been wiped, but it still had windows 7 and no word, power point, or excel. Needless to say I was highly disappointed.
