Our most common services are priced at a flat fee - so you know exactly what it will cost you. All other services are performed by the hour - billed in 1/4 hour increments. Hourly rates start at $65 for in shop work.

Scion Computers did a fantastic job recovering a drive of mine. They were able to recover corrupt files that I thought were lost forever. They are kind and polite and their hours were easy to get into the shop during the week. They were open and honest about the cost and the possibilities of not getting the data back. My poor computer was beyond help but everyone here was so helpful and understanding about the whole technical mess. They made sure to keep me updated on their progress and helped suggest the best course of action that would help me. I never felt like they were trying to fill their own pockets. They even helped to advise me in the process of finding a new more relatable computer. I will be sure to go back for any future tech issues.

This is probably the most unprofessional business I have ever witnessed. I have only been in Idaho for 2 or so weeks, everyone has been really nice and personable. I really believe Idaho is a hidden gem with amazing people, but the individuals who represents this Idaho based company definitely left a horrible impression on me. Back story, my mom's English, lacks comprehension.
English is not her first language, but she tries her best. My mom owns a nail shop in Idaho. She's only been open for a few months, and hired Sparklight who ended up contracting this business to assist my mom with a modem. Long story short, they've been sending her EMAILS, (who the hell checks their emails in regards to invoices at her age? She received hundreds everyday, and as a business, it's wise to send in a mail as well) in regards to the bill, apart from Sparklight that she was not notified of.
There was obviously a miscommunication and misunderstanding on all 3 parties involved. Two representatives entered her salon, while I was there, during WORKING hours, saw that she had clientele and subpoenaed a bill, threaten to repossess all the electronics that they installed by Friday if they did not receive payment. Absolutely unprofessional. Do you know how much the bill was?! $128.
How ridiculous! You came and made a huge scene?! Because of how rude the blonde lady was, my mom became flustered and expressed how unsatisfied with their installation and there has been issues. She will pay, she thought that Sparklight had her pay already, she wasn't aware she had to directly pay them and not through Sparklight, but anyways, she wanted to express that.
I understand they were probably upset as well but how the blonde lady representing this company, made everyone in that store, clientele as well, reconsider their contracts with Sparklight because of the companies they choose to contract with. I have never met such idiots who enters someone's business to conduct themselves in such manners in my life.
My mom always pays her bills but she just doesnt use her email as a form of checking her bills, you have to literally send her a letter of it. It was honestly such a small issue that turned into a big one because of how this company represents themselves. The gentleman that was there was okay, it was the lady that really rubbed everyone there the wrong way.

I had a chromebook that somehow took several impacts to the screen; I freaked myself out looking at the prices for repair at other shops around town but decided to stop in to Scion just to check. They had to order the screen but the whole repair still took less than 4 business days at half the price other places quoted me. The receptionist is so sweet and everyone was welcome, open, and knowledgeable. Their repairs are also warrantied for either 90 days or two years depending on the repair. I don't think I'll go anywhere else from now on!

Hats off to Scion. Just ordered new custom desktop for CAD and Photography. What I thought would take several go rounds was wrapped up in two short sessions on the same day. You realize very quickly that Curtis knows what he is talking about, and has the patience and tact to help a difficult buyer make decisions that result in components that truly compliment each other.
He discusses everything and does not quit until he is sure he is doing everything you ask for plus some really stellar recommendations on cooling, noise, and reliability. Curtis leaves you feeling confident and good inside - a nice thing in today's "too-many-choices" world. Ten Stars. Update 4-5-2021: Just bought another custom build. Ben is first class.

I was referred by a friend. Holy cats! My questions were answered, a possible solution offered and a soft quote given. I was never patronized for my lack of knowledge. Reasonable fees and amazing customer services! I will call again and ship my computer when I need honest, efficient, timely repair work.
