John is the most knowledgeable tech that I have ever worked with. I had software issues regarding my speaker and microphone set up when I added hardware that I needed to make audio books. My laptop speaker stopped working and my microphone started giving me static. John not only got my laptop speakers and microphone to work, he patiently worked to get the new hardware to work on my computer which was no small feat as the new hardware kept changing my computer settings. Now everything works! I am ecstatic!

I agree with other reviewers - John is the BEST ever. He is knowledgeable, professional and provides fast service. We decided to get more speed out of our computer and John stopped by the very day I called at exactly the time he said he would be there. He took our computer with him and had it back the next day. John also took the time to optimize Windows and check for Malware.

When he brought the machine back he again arrived exactly when he said he would and took time to make some more recommendations. John's price was very fair and exactly what he quoted it would be. Fast and stellar service! My computer wouldn't boot. I called John who was able to come by on the same afternoon and diagnosis the issue - a bad motherboard. Knowing I needed the computer operational immediately, I had John take the computer to replace the motherboard (parts and labor). He immediately worked on the issue and still had it to me later that day.

It was a Saturday and he still came back to return it at my home late that night. Now that's service! The wife's happy that the computer is functioning again as well. For his hard work and quick turn around I thought the price was very fair. If you have a computer issue, consider John for the work.

We have used John for several years and can't possibly say enough good things about him. We had XP on our business computer (we have a tax business), but the tax provider would no longer enable us to use XP. John came and in no time we had Windows 7 on the same computer! Arie puts in 100% to try and get things fixed. That's a credit to him as most people these days I find pretty lazy. He resolved about 95% of my problems...all critical issues taken care of, which is great. But there are a few very very minor things that aren't resolved yet. He's trying to figure them out even after his work has been signed off on and paid for.

I also used his services a 2nd time for my laptop and everything was done promptly and correctly. 100%. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a hard working trustworthy tech support.

After downloading messenger from a fake site, I was unable to access or do anything on my laptop. I called Ari after looking at the yelp review and being new in area, Ari arrived after an hour and half of the phone call and fixed the computer and got all my files back in the original place in less than two hours. And definitely save a lot of headache.

I have a 2-year old HP dv4 laptop that was hung-up with a blank screen. It would not boot, nor could I get any control by using Esc, F8 or F10. I took it to where it was purchased (Best Buy), and they said it could be any H/W component. If they took it, it would be shipped out to a Repair Depot, and it would not be back for at least four weeks. So I did not leave my computer there.

I looked on-line for a local repair service in south Orange County and found Magnum Computers. The ad said they will come to your home/business, 24/7, experienced and certified, and the reviews on multiple web sites were very good. So I took a chance on them. The repairman came out to my house on a Saturday (at no cost), evaluated my laptop, and told me he was 100% sure it was the motherboard.

He said the cost for a new motherboard was about $300, and the labor would be about $100, and he would have the laptop ready by Wednesday. All of this was true, and I have a working laptop again (with a new one year HP warranty on the motherboard). It is hard to find a knowledgeable, honest, and prompt service company, but Magnum Computers is just that.
