Our computer person retired and we were really in need of someone to help us with our office technology and a friend told me about On-Line Computer Services. I called On-Line, explained our situation, and met with them the following day. The quality of service coupled with their wealth of knowledge of computers, printers, networks, cyber security, business software, audio video, cabling, and the professionalism they continue providing for us, is simply amazing. We are small business owners who have several different computer and printer platforms. After using several local computer companies, all of who could not fix our problems or would not respond fast enough, we came across On-Line computer Services. On-line was refereed to us by a friend who uses On-Line for their IT support. Kevin, the owner of On-line, came out to our site and fixed every issue that others couldn't.
He and his technicians are absolutely the best we have ever dealt with. They are well mannered, patient and very likable. We will never use anyone but On-line for all of our technology issues.
