I had what I thought was a fairly difficult home networking issue that included the dreaded "intermittent" qualifier. Every tech's favorite word. The tech arrived on time and introduced himself when I opened the door. He came into the house and listened to my description of the problem. In the end, he simply tested both ends of the in wall wiring, found no problems (see above for the "I" word), and declared that was it.
No problem found, so nothing to repair. He left, and I wasn't charged for the diagnosis. A day later, another company sent out their tech and performed the same tests. Then, this second tech went on to actually find and repair the issue. 5 stars for prompt arrival and professionalism, 0 stars for doing their job.

These folks are great. Super knowledgeable. Immediately identified the issue. Helped me find a source for immediate part replacement. Also, helped me with post sales support via telephone. I actually couldn't ask for more. And their prices are exceptionally reasonable. You ought not delay to rely on them.
