Tim, For those of you who think you might need help with your computer or run into a situation that is over your head (as I did), I can really recommend Computer Doctors. I worked to fix an issue with a computer for a couple of days and finally gave up and called them. Within the same day as I called; Tim (the Owner) had the system up and running as good as new.
