My Dell desktop was infected with Antivirusxp.exe that disabled my firewall and antivirus engine. Dan from Adachi Computech Solutions was able to connect through a remote access and removed the rogue antivirus software from my system. He also performed some general system optimization to speed up my machine. Thanks Dan.

Daniel was very helpful to me today. My HP Presario laptop was infected with Live Security Platinum virus and my Norton antivirus was expired. Once I contacted Adachi Computech Solutions, Dan reassured me that he would resolve my issues. He remotely connected to my computer within a few seconds. As I signed up for the yearly unlimited technical support plan, he spent about 1 hour removing the viruses, cleaning up my computer system, and installing an antivirus program.

My Acer 5736Z-4336 laptop computer was infected with multiple Trojan viruses that rendered it practically inaccessible. I could not access the Internet and somehow I was able to contact the Adachi Computech Solutions, where Daniel connected to me remotely and resolved all issues. Excellent job, Thank you very much!

I had a particularly nasty trojan which made it impossible to use my computer and while it would have been easier to wipe out my hard drive, after I explained to Dan the problem, he made the effort to get rid of it. It was a great job and the opportunity to have my computer covered for a year for a reasonable price is fantastic.
