Service to our customers hardware is normally completed in 24 to 48 hours once it is on the technicians bench...We maintain a full inventory of repair components and parts to service most manufactures of PC's, work stations, servers and business systems. If we don't have it on hand, we have a full time procurement section that will normally get it within 3-5 days.
Our technicians have over a hundred years of combined experience in the field. Starting with the DOS operating system these veterans of Windows 3.1, 95, Windows ME, 98, 2000, XP, Vista and now Windows 7. We have the experience, knowledge, training and expertise to handle most software and networking problems. On staff we have A+ certified techs, systems analyst and network engineers. We partner with Microsoft, Linksys, Creative Labs, AMD, Intel and others.
