Call The PC Guy Founded August, 2003, Call the PC Guy focused mainly on the everyday computer operator. Since then, CTPG has continually doubled its client base and expanded its services to encompass in-office support as well as onsite service calls and remote support.

We now cater to residential clients as well as small-to medium-sized businesses with one to 100 employees. On the homefront, we've gone hi-tech with our Freedom Plan and now offer Residential Managed IT. For our business clients, we offer monthly service contracts at two service levels - Basic and The Works.

We pride ourselves not only on customer service, but also on our patience and friendliness. We have certified laptop technicians at your service. Our laptop support includes laptop maintenance and other technical support services to help your system run as fast and smooth as possible. We also provide display, keyboard, and power jack repairs, power adapter testing, and memory upgrades.

We don't want you to ever walk away not understanding your computer, and will always take the time to teach you. We know not everyone is a computer whiz, and we're here to help! Our staff knows how important your computer is to you, and we have an amazing turnaround time for in-office support, usually 24 to 48 hours! We are a Dell and Microsoft-Certified Partner and reseller of Dell products and AVG antivirus products.

About five years ago, my business life changed dramatically by chance, when I met Ted Creekmore. I was gun-shy of computer repair folks. As a small-business owner with multiple business locations, I've found that Call the PC Guy is respondent to and knowledgeable of all my IT needs. They make it their job to learn my business and to understand how best they can help me.I don't ever have to look elsewhwere for hardware or software support; it's all there with Call the PC Guy. They're the best in the business!

Excellent service. You call or email Managed IT Solutions and they're ON IT in minutes (sometimes seconds). Best switch we've made by far on the IT front was to have Managed IT Solutions take over the management of our network and computer systems. They know the answers and are dedicated and easy to work with. Do yourself a favor and get set up with these guys ASAP!

We have worked with Managed IT Solutions since we opened 10 years ago! They are always very polite when we call. They understand that we usually have to call during business hours, so they are always quick and helpful in fixing our problem! Would def recommend them to anyone!

I have used MIT Solutions for my small business computer needs since 2012. I am very happy with their prompt attention to any issue that might come up, from making sure my files are backed-up every day to restoring a crashed hard drive. I would highly recommend them!

Patient. Tony helped me resolve an issue and was level and thoughtful throughout. He has helped me MANY times over the years. I always appreciate the fact that he does not make me feel like I know --nothing- even though I really know nothing.

Recently took my computer to Managed IT Solutions at the Cary location. It took them over a week to fix my computer, they never called to inform me of what the issue was and what needed to be completed with an estimate. I went to pick up my computer and was shocked to receive a $270 bill. I spoke with Rob and was able to have the bill lowered by 10% but did not receive the discount until a few weeks later.

I wish they would have contacted me with an estimate prior to completing the service, if I would have known it was going to be this expensive then I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Great service personnel for IT needs. I cannot recommend them more highly for their honesty and good pricing. In my experience, they seem to enjoy their work, along with discussing what exactly you pay for.

I dropped my computer off at 8:45 in the morning to have a new CD/DVD drive installed. After my last experience with a company that I shall not name that repairs computers (No... I shall name them... INTREX!) I was not anticipating getting my computer back until late in the afternoon, at the earliest. By 9:30, the technician at Call The PC Guy had called me and he had already finished installing my drive.
