Although I have been using Greenwire for years, I am just now getting around to writing a review. I can not tell you the number of times that they have to come to my rescue on the most minor to the most "computer tragic" of issues. I refer them always and have nothing best the best to say about them. Including this week when I lost my mind when my laptop was virus ridden and I couldn't work at all.

Most courteous and knowledgeable company I have dealt with. Dropped off HP Desktop unit on Friday and was returned on Monday. No charge for inspection and testing. Thinking my power supply was bad, I was prepared for a sizeable repair bill. They found a possible stuck switch and called me to pick it up. THEY CHARGED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR THEIR SERVICE.
Not many places give this kind of service now. I am always hesitant to take anything to any backyard repair service that sometimes causes more harm than good. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE.
